While we wait for SpaceX to de-stack Ship 40 and roll back booster 20 for engine swaps and other checks following yesterdays abort right at engine ignition, I thought I’d share my close encounter of Ship 40 as it rolled to the launch site a few days ago. If you’ve never been to Starbase for a launch, you may not know just how close you can be to the largest rocket in history just hours before it launches … there is nothing else like this anywhere in the world! Waiting for a new launch date … currently NET 20 July, but this could and likely will change so watch for the official SpaceX announcement.

This house in Laguna Beach, California is currently listed at almost $32 million dollars. 🤯 It sits right on the Pacific Coast with beautiful views to the south, to the north and of course over to the west overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It has three bedrooms and five baths and is 3,829 square feet. It is located right next to Pearl Beach and has a staircase taking you down to a private lookout point and down to the cove.
