I asked Grok about solar cycles and deep ocean heating, a few comments are perhaps useful for you, at a minimum possible brainstorming value. "experiments that impose idealized 90-year (Gleissberg) and 200-year (de Vries) irradiance cycles do produce temperature responses at mid-depths (~1100 m) and in some deep layers (~1900 m). The spatial patterns differ: the 90-year forcing appears more strongly in the South Atlantic via a shift in the westerly wind belt; the 200-year forcing is more clearly North Atlantic Deep Water into the northeast Atlantic and Arctic." Splitting your focus into these regions might be useful. Yet those experiments did not include magnetosphere changes, "The dipole has declined ~9 % over ~200 years so particle precipitation and solar-wind coupling are modestly more efficient, especially at lower latitudes than in the 19th century. That could amplify any atmospheric or ionospheric response" Coronal holes have been of more interest to me than sunspot tracking since I've observed them correlating with more earthquake activity. Along that line, "Coronal holes launch high-speed solar-wind streams that become larger, more persistent, and more geoeffective in the declining phase of the cycle—exactly where Cycle 25 is in September 2026—because the Sun's polar holes expand and equatorial holes appear. The resulting interaction regions produce recurrent, moderate geomagnetic activity even while sunspot counts fall. Coronal-hole streams often dominate the geomagnetic record after solar maximum" We have just passed the 90 year Gleissberg-cycle minimum, ramping up, and just passed the 200 year de Vries-cycle maximum, ramping down.

I can only continue to point out that if you were to actually pick up a physics textbook at some point and learn basic physics, you'd immediately realize that any such heating would be many orders of magnitude too low to come even close. Once more: the heat is coming from above.

Contrary to @e_philalethes Coming from above is also impossible The W/m2 of Co2 warming contribution is about 1/500 to 1/1000 the of the energy needed to form the blob and abyssal warming I do like your undetected (unreported) "old warmth" idea 1000 yrs to cycle AMOC

I noticed the Pacific heating appears to be antipodal to the SAA. It is possible that there's some kind of magnetic mirror effect happening? Extra particles/fields enter the SAA and are creating a "focal point" in the abyssal Pacific ocean and creating heat? 🤔

When the AMOC shuts down NO one will be worried about warming and it's starting to slow now.
