@milonigeria As a teacher I've had encountered pupils who come to school without having breakfast at all or just anyhow meal as breakfast. Soon they are feeling dizzy complaining of stomach ache, and that day is a mess for them

@milonigeria Most doctors don't know a thing about nutrition. They went to school to study 'medicine.' That's why they push medicine for every ailment. Doctors should not even be recommending Milo or other beverages, let alone for kids.
