Narcissists are everywhere unfortunately and many do not even know they are narcissists as unfortunately the western society ans corporate world is narcissistic to begin with. Thanks for posting this. Sent this to a dear friend whom i am trying to educate about narcissistic abuse as we both know a narcissists and this video breaks it down very well.

the confidence and wisdom he refers to is not innate. empaths, as he’s describing them, have genuine interests outside themselves. this is what the narcissists are jealous of. thinking abt yrself all day makes you boring. great video

Listening to this & picturing several undiagnosed, highly narcissistic individuals & the accuracy of them putting-on a show & their calculating & plotting. Plus the fact that in all cases I tried to see or believe the good-points they presented but the Empath in me said no. 😃

If this is just natural authenticity, why does it need the shirt off and the winter hat in the sun? If empaths are the ones who see through performance, why does the explanation come package as a branded selfie monologue about how intelligent and threatening the non narcissus are? And if you’re nodding along are you agreeing with the point, or with the feeling of being the “special “ un narcissistic one who finally gets the acknowledgment they deserve?

You noticed the shirt, the hat, and the sun. Good. Surface done. Now to what was behind it: how people read each other — and how quickly they stop at whatever is easiest to look at. Funny enough, the comment proves exactly that. Not by being wrong, but by staying with the packaging and calling it analysis. So: if you want to talk about the dynamic, do that. If you want to review the outfit, that’s a genre too. Just not the same one.
