So you try to out scheme everybody. And really what happens is you become the jack of all trades, master of nothing. And we're always trying to catch up 'cause we're just not good enough. First drill we do every single day on defense is pursuit drill. Now we're 10th in the country in total team defense. You know what we do really well? We run with the football. You know what we did on offense? We took two run plays. We took three pass plays. But we got really good at it. We became great teachers again instead of trying to be the jack of all trades We got back to what allowed our kids to learn and grow and develop to be the best they can be."
