Week 1 of the JT15D teardown is done! We pulled the accessory gearbox, got into the external engine lines, and started getting a real feel for what 10+ years in a warehouse does to an engine. Every fitting was a fight, every seal was fused, and I learned pretty quickly that this teardown is going to demand a lot more patience than I expected. One thing I did not anticipate is how long quality videos actually take to produce. Between the teardown sessions, the scanning, the documentation, and everything else happening on this project, there is just not enough time right now to film and edit the videos I actually want to make. So for now I am capturing as much footage as I can, and once the teardown is complete I plan to go back through everything and put together videos with a bit more production quality behind them. Massive thank you to Jim Belosic Maxim Lobovsky (more on that soon) and every single person who contributed to the crowdfund. NONE of this would have been possible without all of you all who decided to support this project, so thank you! An on the ITAR questions, I ran it by an ip attorney and they cant find any issues with doing this, But we are still going through the proper CJ paperwork to have hard evidence that this engine has ZERO compliance issues. This is only the beginning.

“…TO WHOM MUCH IS GIVEN, MUCH IS EXPECTED” On Monday, It was a privilege and honor for me as I declared open the first of its series; the Workshop and Retreat which was put together for the newly appointed commissioners and top Government functionaries in Plateau State. As the adage goes ‘To whom much is given, much is expected, every one of us brings something on board and that is why this retreat is called the ‘ONBOARDING OF APPOINTEES.’ We have boarded a flight, a flight that we are hopeful will take Plateau to the Land of Glory. This is a critical time in the history of Plateau State, where the expectations of the people on Government is very high. We therefore must come together, work together, plan together, and execute the programs and policies of Government together. We have not been called to a competition, we have been called to a Collaboration, and for this collaboration to be a reality, we must bond together. It is an opportunity to make History, History for good, History to the Glory of God. I believe that I can trust the appointees to join hands with me let's rebuild Plateau and set it on a new footing to the Glory of God and for the benefit of present and future generations.

We need to stop this big mfer. People don’t realize how important this is. It’s not just about him, it’s about pushing back on garbage influencers and raising the standard. We’re literally sliding into Idiocracy. If this keeps going, what does it look like in two years? This guy is 100% going to inspire others to do the same, creating a new wave of influencers dancing, yelling, and being loud and annoying everywhere. As a society, we need to draw a line and say enough is enough. The only real solution I see is to boycott the places that pay for this. If using these kinds of influencers becomes a net negative for businesses, they’ll stop. Money is the only thing that will make them listen. I’m going to keep this movement going as long as I can to raise the standard. This restaurant is Bigtime Eatz in Michigan. TOGETHER, WE STOP IDIOCRACY ✊

Unity is good, but truth is better. And sometimes, truth divides. Why does this happen so much more on the right than on the left? Because the left is seeking to destroy - the church, the family, the West - and destruction requires little agreement. Use whatever tool you want, however you want. Just take it down. But, on the right, we’re seeking to build something. And when you’re building something, you have to agree on a lot. What are you building? What materials should you use? Which tools? And, most importantly, what’s our foundation? As Christians, we hold that the foundation of any flourishing civilization is that we were created in the image of a God whose power transcends the government’s. He alone is the giver of rights and the determinant of right and wrong. We can’t compromise on that, because without that truth, nothing else in conservatism holds together. Our job isn’t to compromise on our foundation for the sake of “unity.” It’s to do everything we can to pull people over to our side—to what’s good, right, and true.

.Bob Allen practicing a V1 cut in our Westwind II today. There’s only one 1124 sim in the world - so we do our training in the actual plane! A V1 cut is an engine failure after V1 (takeoff decision speed). It means we’re past the point where a rejected takeoff is safe or possible, therefore we must take-off on the remaining good engine. All pilots practice V1 cuts on large multiengine aircraft, but usually in a simulator. We do it as part of every recurrent Checkride on the big jets, but it’s extra trippy doing it for real! That said, the “failure” is really just one engine being pulled back to idle thrust, so it’s available IF necessary. Notice - it’s barely even an event in the hands of a skilled professional pilot. Rudder is applied to the side of the good engine, directional control is maintained, and the aircraft is rotated into a climb at V2 while the non-flying pilot retracts the gear and the flaps. The “issue” and subsequent troubleshooting/shutdown procedures are delayed until the aircraft is at a safe altitude.

So we just got this thing on casters so we can move it around the shop easily Our preliminary damage report is that it doesn’t actually seem that damaged The previous owner said that he had it for a citation 500 and they decided to get rid of the airplane so the last time this engine ran was in 2013 however, one of the compressor blades came off and went partially through the engine However, it didn’t go through to the turbine so it’s somewhere in here. We just have to find where it is. But in theory, it shouldn’t take too much to get this thing running for right now we’re just gonna be focusing on the teardown and we won’t know it’s ultimate state until it’s fully disassembled But so far things are looking good
