@OlaElectric @bhashsir it's not a fair policy of ola electric. My nearest service center 40 km form my place I don't have 3 hours. So I want to sale my ola sctooter. And from today I will not even recommend anyone ola to take it😡😡😡😡

@OlaElectric kya sir ek customer appke pass ek hafte se complaint pe complaint kar raha hai koi solution nahi dete hain appki service center Wale Main bhut thak gaya hoon service center ke chakkar Katte katte 3 bar gadi deke aaya par koi fayda bahi hua plz slove my issue

@OlaElectric worst experience faced on today, took the scooter by travelling about 25kms for problems rectification, technician said don’t have minimum repair tools to resolve, need to go another 11km travel for resolve the issues. Just for show off centres.😡😡

That's why ola has poor built quality

But customer service is poor. Now we need to pay for basic services like RSA and best part is that no one got any email communication. How many services centre you have have in Delhi?

To maine apni service request cancle karwa di or ab kabhi kisi ko ola ki koi bhi scooter recommend nhi krunga kabhi bhi. Worst services. Khareedne se pahle complete service free thi or lene ke baad 26 january ke baad charges lagenge ye to complete frod hai. 3443080 complain no.🙏
