If they HAD given him a time out , it would’ve opened the door for players to fake an injury to avoid being tagged out. They made the appropriate call.

Down 3, why’s he going for third? Announcer even says it’s a meaningless run. Never make the first or last out of the inning at third.

Baseball needs to rid itself of those "out" calls when the play is actually over but the runner lift a hand off the base for a split second. It's ridiculous.

He should’ve kept hand on base and hollered for time if he was unable to use his other arm. Time is not automatically granted by just raising a hand from a base or from anywhere else until the ump sees it
