I solved building decks with AI agents — by giving them a CLI tool like Powerpoint or Google Slides. AI could already make a beautiful deck if you asked it to using Ant's pptx skill. The problem was working with it. If it made one alignment mistake, fixing it on one slide would break something on another, and it became a game of whack-a-mole. One time I spent two days playing AI roulette, hoping the next prompt would finally fix the thing, and ended up building the whole deck by hand because I was on a deadline. So I built Hands-on Deck. And the reason it works is that this isn't just a skill — this is PowerPoint. The actual application: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, whatever you use. This is that, but for an agent, presented as a CLI. Every gesture you make in a deck app maps to a command. Click a box and type, drag a shape from here to there, look at a slide – agent can do it all in a command. And that changes how the agent behaves. With this CLI it works and thinks like a designer — it looks, makes an edit, looks again, makes another surgical edit. 🧸 “how do you feel after getting lasik? is it good?” i’ll tell you guys this! before i got my tonsillectomy, i looked up a lot of vlogs and…a majority of people said that they felt like they were going to die so i was really worried before the surgery but i’m tolerant to pain so it was better than i excepted…my mom always made porridge for me so i ate that well too, ate it for every meal, took my medicines and left the humidifier on so…of course it hurt a bit because i got surgery but it wasn’t that bad 🧸 but after i got my lasik eye surgery, my eyes and nose were running for 6 hours straight and you know how your eyes really hurt when you make eye contact with the sun…like you tear up and your eyes hurt…it was that feeling for 6 hours straight like even if i had my eyes closed, it felt like the sunlight was inside my eyes and i was fighting it for 6 hours straight 🧸 so for the tonsillectomy, i couldn’t eat what i wanted and i couldn’t talk so that discomfort was the thing that was hard…it didn’t hurt but for the lasik eye surgery, my eyes really hurt a lot! the really fascinating thing though is that i was like “mom, this is so hard!!” for 6 hours and then i got tired of it so i fell asleep and when i woke up after 3 hours, i could see the world really well, i was fascinated and was like “mom!! it doesn’t hurt at all anymore and i can see things very well!!”

Chris: "Do you know how to fly the PJ?" Caleb: "No, but I can say let's land. I can't do that with a commercial jet." Chris: "Well, you could make a big enough fuss, but it would be a real headache." Caleb: "And bad for my career, too. So, that would be a real headache." Chris: "Pause." Caleb: "Yeah." Chris: "What was the first time with your travel anxiety getting on a PJ? Like," Caleb: "It was—oh, the PJ itself, it was actually really bad when we filmed it, too. We filmed it. It's on the internet. I burst down in tears. It's really bad." Chris: "I'm sorry, man." Can you talk about what the difference is between those two personas?” ROSÉ: “I think, you know, like I started off as, my whole career started as Blackpink and I feel like it was so much fun creating this character on stage because I'm just from like Australia, like in my bedroom, but like it was so much fun creating this like pop star, like character. It was so much fun. And then I think creating my first solo album, it was my discover of like, you know, who am I? And like when I was naming the album, I really thought a lot about it. There was like options like, you know, number one girl. And then a lot of people did like, what about Rosie? And at first I was like, it seems a bit like narcissistic. ..I'm not sure. And then it slowly grew on me. And then, you know, just the idea of it being Rosie because Rosé has been such a big part of my life. And that's what we present ourselves as Blackpink, Blackpink Rosé. And I felt like this was very opposite. And so I noticed that it was closer to kind of introducing a different version of me, like because it combined all the stories I would talk about with my friends and family. And they call me Rosie at home. And of course, the online name that the company had made for me from at the beginning of Blackpink, I remember when it happened was like the day before they released my picture, profile picture, they were like, Rosé. And like the name got announced.”
