Correlations in trading analysis are often overlooked. Be the trader who looks at multiple data points for clues on where your edge lies. ✅ More data = Better signals. you do this via interactive charts and overlays. Here's an example with a simple win-rate chart on the TradesViz | Trading Performance Analysis dashboard: Q: Does a higher win rate mean better performance? A: The chart alone says so. But overlays and data insights say otherwise.... 💡 Insight: "Looking at this in another way, if we take the overall ranges such that it maximizes your winrate, that would be between 0:00:10 and 0:05:00 where your average winrate is 58% but this seems to bring in a loss of -$1,571.49" When you check the pnl overlay, we see that the highest overall pnl was for trade duration between 2 to 7 days. But win-rate? ~60% only. 100% of other journals miss this. 90% of educators ignore these types of correlations. This is why a meticulous approach to trading analysis is irreplaceable. The best signal is sometimes NO signal. That is why I do not trade when Intelligent Balance shows less than 60%. Below 60% means one thing to me: NO CLEAR EDGE. And that is exactly where most traders destroy their account. They see a sweep. They see an iFVG. They see CISD. They convince themselves there is a trade. But without a strong more probable side, the setup has no real filter. For me: 60%+ = I have a side to focus on. Below 60% = I protect capital. Simple. Intelligent Balance is not only there to tell me where to trade. It is there to tell me when NOT to trade. Because forcing trades in a low-edge environment is not trading. It is gambling with extra steps. Would you skip a session if the indicator told you there is no clear edge?

I mean, this was like a couple of years ago when I saw a video of their best trader who makes like 300k per year. And that’s a guy who’s been trading for like 20 years. If you’ve been trading for 20 years, you should make 300k a week, not per year. So, that’s another confirmation that day trading is just not gonna cut it if you want to make big money. You gotta swing and position trade.”

If this is who you are learning trading from, you are fucked. yea he's the biggest "trader" in the space. and yet, he doesn't know shit about trading. No BASIC risk management rules. "This is how I made 100k today" - that day the guy loses 100k, then doubles the risk to 200k for a 1R trade, so he can say he made 100k that day. Pathetic. if this is how you wanna trade, you are completely fucked.
