I had to go back and find the last interview Omar Berrada (#MUFC CEO) did with Andy Mitten because some people have suddenly convinced themselves that Manchester United have no clue what they're doing. When asked about the plan for 2026, Berrada said: "I think we are going to replicate what we did last year in some sense. You always go into the window, but you don't know how you will come out of it. You have to be prepared and have a clear plan. There are opportunities that will come later in the window that aren't there when you are going into it, so you have to be prepared, be flexible, and have a clear plan. But we will always do it within our terms. It's very important we don't let the market or the agents dictate what we should be doing." To break it down: Think of it like mathematics. Your teacher tells you that bearing and distance will be on the exam. That doesn't mean you memorize every bearing question you can find. The smarter approach is to understand the formula and the method. Once you know that, you can solve whatever variation appears. It's the same with the transfer market. Knowing you need to improve the midfield doesn't mean you panic and buy the first hyped player available. It means you know the profile you want, understand the market, and have a strategy. If things changes or some opportunities arrives, as they always do, you adapt without looking desperate or getting dictated to by clubs and agents. That is exactly what United appear to be doing. There is something that in aggregate, the sum of the parts of all the people working together should be able to move something further than anyone alone could do. And the role of a leader is to go and assert how will we measure ourselves? If we are seeking to be our best and get better every day how should we think about that, and how can we understand our forward progress? I don't know what Ramp will look like exactly in 100 years but I think just as it was true 100 years ago people always wanted more out of every dollar and more out of every hour, I think people will absolutely still want that in 100 years —in whatever form that may take.”

In these last moments, we have a responsibility to face the reality of what is happening in the spiritual realm and that can be heavy sometimes. It’s isolating having spiritual eyes- having to partake in a world that you are detached from. A world that you see the truth of. A world that doesn’t see what you do. And it’s ok to talk about it. But some in the church are avoiding this. Some are sticking their heads in the sand and ignoring the fact that we are even in the end times… to a point where when people talk about the heaviness, they feel like we’re saying we have given up. Church, let’s please start answering this call to be REAL. To face the reality of what is happening-of the times we are in. Yes there is a heaviness that comes with that, but having eyes to see will always motivate us to share Jesus even more because we know we are at the end.

We made 100 AI agents do daily standups with each other. Here is what happened; Quick background. At Audos.com, we help thousands of entrepreneurs build AI startups. Each of them has a personalized AI agent called Otto. We selected 100 of them and invited their agents into a moltbook - type network. Like a team meeting. Google’s new Agent2Agent protocol is a key step toward a future of AI Agent interoperability. No single tool has all the data a user or business needs for most workflows, so we need Agents to be able to talk to each other. Salesforce will have AI Agents that understand the inner workings of CRM, Workday will have AI Agents that understand HR workflows, Box has AI Agents that understand content and documents, and so on. It’s easy to conceive of a world where we have tens of thousands of these tool Agents and then billions or trillions of customized Agents that are extensions of those. So openness becomes key. Workflows need data from multiple systems to complete the task — like a sales report that needs documents and CRM data or an HR task that needs HR policies and employee details — and that’s where A2A comes in. This protocol gives AI Agent providers a way of talking to each other and simplifying the way that Agents communicate, understand each other’s capabilities, and so on. It’s great to see more interoperability, along with MCP, emerging in the AI space right now, as this will define the future of most IT stacks.

Right now the main paradigm that we think of agents in is chatting back and forth, but the biggest use of tokens will come from agents that are just always on running in the background doing work for us, or ones triggered from a workflow. Agents will be working 24/7 in our workflows processing data, reviewing and generating documents, moving data between systems, writing code, accelerating decision making steps, and more. In Claude's new Managed Agents feature, in a couple minutes you can wire up an agent that can read contracts when they come into Box to review them, and then assign a task in Linear with the critical information from the contract. But this could have been any workflow, like reviewing documents for client onboarding, invoice processing, M&A due-diligence, data extraction pipelines, and millions of other use-cases. And integrating data across any system. This is only possible when you can have long-running agents that can complete real work in the background, accurately. Agents have the ability to execute code safely, leverage tools, access a compute sandbox, and connect across systems is clearly the architecture of the future. The industry is now making it easier and easier for enterprises to build and deploy these agents.
