She doesn’t have her husband.” The way Candace mocks Erika’s grief and position as a widow is indefensible. Once again, and I’ll repeat it until my dying day: The only way this type of behavior towards Erika is justifiable is if you’re convinced beyond any shadow of a doubt she murdered her husband. No reasonable person is convinced of that. You can not like or trust Erika; you can even think she’s suspicious. But this all-out mockery of her grief is unjustifiable. She’s innocent until proven guilty. And she’s not on trial here. She is still objectively a woman who lost her husband—and that deserves reverence. Andrew Kolvet was already on the tarmac and his plane took off just 5 minutes after Charlie Kirk was shot.
