Damn! Arrested him for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) and without testing him. The cops used this because they didn’t like his attitude. Ego and emotion (unskillful) will do it every single time. Clearly it doesn't take much to become a thug with a badge. There were no clear reason for the stop other than the thugs claim of no seat belt on. The driver wasn't high or drunk, tried to cooperate but still got arrested. Big lawsuit coming and hope he wins

This is awful!! I don’t think though that the cop should be reprimanded or even punished. I would go straight to firing him for gross misconduct. I don’t see how this can be tolerated by a free society. My only caveat is we don’t have a video showing what happened before? But have a hard time believing it matters. I am a conservative,70, and do for the most part support law enforcement
