This college senior has an insane transformation🤯 Craig Stem breaks down how he did it ⬇️ The mechanical breakdown showed a delivery full of compensations that were killing his velocity. Poor first move out of leg lift with almost no drift. Back knee dumping toward third base. Front leg swinging open way too early. Throwing arm getting stuck behind him in a "power T" position. Landing with his front foot wide open. Upper half having to overcomperate just to get back on line. The fixes started simple during his spring season. Pendulum drill to relax the arm, getting off his quad, more linear direction to home plate. He topped 91 for a new PR in April. May-June: Introduced elbow-driven arm action. Ethan had a hand-driven philosophy that created a long, inefficient path. Cueing elbow flip kept the arm short and captured momentum better. Craig discovered that Ethan avoided external rotation. He wanted his hand on top of the ball. So he kept him in IR as long as possible, got to ER late. Late layback became his power move. October: The lateral tilt piece changed everything. "Dip into the velo bucket" then explode out of it. Shorter arm action + more efficient lower half + ability to rotate fast and pull that arm through. December: Ethan ran it up to 95 MPH multiple times. January at Tread HQ: He came out sitting 96 and topped 98 indoors. Potentially the coolest part? Ethan Hochendoner made 90% of these gains remotely.

storytime with kai #2 ⭐️ 🐧 i feel like i’ve told you this before but i have a scar near my chest here 🐧 the reason i got the scar was because…i got hurt really bad when i was a kid and that left a scar 🐧 …just kidding! i do have a scar but i didn’t get it when i was a kid, i got it during ‘run away’ 🐧 it’s actually not a scar, it’s a stretch mark 🐧 as you guys know, in comparison to our debut days, my body suddenly grew starting ‘run away’ 🐧 and because of that, one day when i woke up, i saw that i suddenly got a stretch mark and it actually looked cool so i like this stretch mark 🐧 people usually get stretch marks in strange places but because it was here…i actually didn’t know it was a stretch mark at first, i suddenly got a red scar and it looked as if somebody had scratched me so i was like “did somebody scratch me..?” and it was quite deep so i wondered what it could be and how i found out that it was a stretch mark because my body had grown was…there’s a person in our protocol team who said that he got similar stretch marks 🐧 he said that he used to have a small frame but when he started working out and his body grew bigger, he got stretch marks and i found out what it was through that protocol team member…i found out 2 years after i got it so i was like “that makes sense, i used to have a small frame during our debut and my body suddenly grew during ‘run away’ so that’s why i got the stretch mark, huh?”

🔴👁 Red Glasses, Dead Cells? What?! What John Ott discovered shocked me, and my own experiment confirms It. 😕 After digging deeper into John N. Ott’s research, I may have found why my eye dryness got worse when I started using red-tinted blue-blocking glasses. In his experiments(video bellow) Ott placed colored filters on a microscope , and the red filter had the one of strongest biological effects on living cells. Under red light, the cell membranes weakened, and within just a few hours, the cells ruptured and died. That made me wonder: 👀 Is it really smart to wear red-tinted blue blockers for hours every night…,if this color frequency can harm cells in the lab? 👁 My Story I never had problems with dry eyes before. After spending years in Norway, my eyes slightly dry; nothing major. But when I moved to the U.S. in August 2024, and started living on the 27th floor right next to the airport towers, using blue blockers, things changed. The dryness stayed about the same at first…, until July, when I began using blue-blocking glasses and that’s when it became much worse. 😣 So I decided to run my own experiment to see if the glasses or my environment were the cause. 🧪 The Glasses I Tested 1.THL Sleep 2.Bon Charge 3.TrueDark They’re in the video. This is just my personal observation, since everyone’s biology and environment are different . With THL Sleep, my eyes get dry after about 2 hours but not so bad the point that I could not wear them. With Bon Charge, dryness starts around 40 minutes and very uncomfortable, I could stay longer. With TrueDark, it happens even faster, about 20–25 minutes. 💡 My Environment I can’t turn off the LED lights at night and TV, not everyone around me believes in this “light theory”so the lights stay on every evening.. But when my husband travels and I switch everything off, lighting the room only with candles, the dryness almost disappears, even though I still live on the 27th floor near airport towers. And I did that several times. 🤔…🤷🏻‍♀️ go figure! In the video, John N. Ott says: “The punch mark indicates that when I added a small amount of long-wave ultraviolet light, the cells returned to their normal division process.” In my case, i guess, I can’t isolate light into just one part of the spectrum. When exposed to only blue light, the cells die.(dry eyes) When exposed to only red light, they also die.(very very dry eyes) But when the full spectrum is present; or even in natural darkness lit by candlelight, my eyes feel completely fine. 🕯 Has anyone else experienced eye dryness after using blue-blocking glasses or red-tinted lenses? ☣️ Pleb Kruse = BTC foundationalist in exile 🟩🔆 ? Any one?

(jaehee's holiday stories with his older brothers) 🌳and! after a few days... i went to watch baseball game😅 so i went to watch baseball game and... uhm... i even went with wearing sunglasses and mask. but... so i went with my older brothers, we three brothers went. and we had a bit of strategy. we went to blue zone right. so instead, we decided to go to blue zone so we won't stand out, blending into the crowd to watch the game and leave quickly. we opened the chicken and were eating it then stood up to do cheering during the cheering time, and that was the moment we got caught on camera during the live stream. ah behind us! there were some super cute kids behind us, holding some slogans. so... i think that's why we got caught on camera... during the live stream. 🌳that was what happened... 🌳we somehow ended up getting caught on camera there so...😆 and! after getting caught on camera, that i got caught on camera... about the one i got caught on camera, in groupchat, suddenly... so i was enjoying the baseball game but i suddenly got a message from our manager hyungs, asking "is this you? the one who got caught on camera during the live stream". so they asked "is this you?" and i went "oh...?! yes!..." like this😂😅 so we watched until like the 6th or 7th inning and left. ah... truly... that was what happened😆 player Diaz hit a home run at the very beginning and that made me feel a huge dopamine rush so i had so much fun. it's been years since i went Lions Park to watch the game and it was fun🙂‍↕️ the energy was good, like... i think baseball fans are all truly very awesome. them being able to get so hyped cheering and enjoying it... the same goes to czennie, and i also... was next to them so i cheered my heart out😊 🌳i don't know much about baseball cheerings but being there made me just ended up memorizing it naturally. people singing next to me... everyone there was singing you know, "home run!👏🏻", they did something like this a lot.
