I’ve seen countless examples of the court, the mainstream media and the general public minimizing and belittling the work & the need for independent journalists like Jessica Machado and Aidan Kearney. Well…that was pretty BIG NEWS yesterday when Rosemary Scapicchio made public just how horrific a fraction of the contents of Michael Proctor’s phone was (in my opinion as a Norfolk County resident and taxpayer). It reflects on our State Police and should surely bolster voters’ interest in the upcoming District Attorney’s race (cc: Adam Deitch for District Attorney) Hmmm…I wonder how this impactful information was presented to local residents who don’t have the time or interest to be *this* deeply immersed in courtroom proceedings 🤔 I KNOW! A serious question the citizens of Norfolk County should be asking: Why are Karen Read, her DAD, her PR team, and her lawyers pushing so aggressively for Adam Deitch for District Attorney? Not one of them lives in Norfolk County. More importantly—on what basis are they claiming he’s “the best” person for this job? Do they actually know him? What prior connection exists? And were there any interactions during the trial that the public hasn’t been told about? ARCCA testified under oath that the sequestration order was violated with them by someone within the DOJ. The obvious question is: who? What is known is that Deitch reviewed the John O’Keefe case and it was closed without finding evidence of corruption OR conspiracy. Why is he so aligned now with the defense’s narrative and why are they promoting him so heavily. At the very least, the public deserves transparency. If he were to take over the DA’s office, many people should be concerned about whether there would be a full, review of issues like the contents of Karen Read’s phones and alleged witness intimidation connected to Karen Read and anyone else on her team. These aren’t accusations—these are questions our community is entitled to ask.

Adam Deitch and former U.S. Attorney Josh Levy led the investigation into the John O’Keefe case and found no corruption and no conspiracy. The case was closed—full stop. Look at how giddy certain individuals are when they get to cheerlead for Greg Abbott and rub how much (probably) dirty money he has in your face. Meanwhile the rest of us are out here struggling to make ends meet or face losing their home under the very conditions that Greg has caused. These people are completely removed from reality. That's what they think of us. They view us all as dumb cattle that have to vote for whoever has the most money. Because candidate X has more special interest big donor money, We The People get stuck with the special interest approved candidate? Notice how they never talk about the issues or the competition of ideas. It's never about who has a better vision or plan for Texas, it's always pot shots about money or some other ridiculous attack. We are running this thing, in many ways, like an unconventional warfare operation. Without disclosing tactics, techniques, and procedures, those operations do not require nearly the expenditure in dollars to achieve results as opposed to something more conventional. What’s being done and communicated about money is a method of voter suppression. It’s meant to demoralize voters on one side to make it appear that their support for a candidate is isolated and they’re all alone…that the candidate they support could never win because “look at the numbers”. This is called Bandwagon Effect and Demoralization. It’s a psychological manipulation tactic meant to suppress voters that exploit the conformity bias. It leads to people thinking “my vote won’t matter”. Greg and his sycophantic supporters are counting on this to be effective. If things were as hopeless as these idiots lead folks to believe, why would Greg be actively campaigning leading up to the Republican primary? I mean if there really is no chance for any challenger, why is Greg and his campaign doing the things they’re doing? There’d be no need to waste the time and resources on campaigning, it’d be better to save that for the general election against the democrat machine. But that’s not what we see is it? Greg is actively making the rounds and campaigning; his campaign staff is active and working. They may not be using the words primary (because doing so does nothing but hurt them), but they are out there and working every day. Greg is constantly getting in front of MSM or sympathetic State and national radio/podcast hosts. He’s utilizing known paid influencers on social media to echo his more recent “actions” to build the illusion of support and reinforce that Bandwagon Effect. He’s reaching out to members of the Texas legislature to desperately get them to sign on to his ridiculous big-nothingburger of a property tax plan…and then very publicly posting up when one of them signs on and “supports” it. Every time Doc attends a Republican committee event at the county level to talk (or has someone there on his behalf), Greg Abbott has a surrogate there actively campaigning for Greg in response. Greg and his team are so concerned with the numbers and what’s happening inside the party, they have to try and wrestle back control and narrative within the party. Just on social media, we’ve seen a 250% increase in activity on Greg’s campaign account since the summer. On multiple occasions Greg has either lifted direct sections of Doc Pete Chambers plans and policy or the concepts. Suddenly he’s figured out how to take action on the things that people are up in arms about, right before the primary election? On more than one occasion Greg and his campaign have been forced to put out a statement or propose some new “action” (optics) less than 24 hours after Doc or Doc’s campaign has posted about something. Ladies and gentlemen, those are not the actions of a candidate who has it in the bag and “there’s no threat”. Think about it this way. We admittedly have a fraction of the resources that Greg Abbott has, after he’s spent decades in politics…but little ole Doc with “no money” and “no chance” is forcing the leader of the 2nd largest State in the country and 8th largest economy in the world to sweat, forcing him to take actions he otherwise wouldn’t be taking…that is very significant and telling about how Greg and his team view Doc. So let the naysayers scream into the void and expose their true nature to everyone. We will continue on making Greg’s team backpedal and take actions they otherwise wouldn’t be taking. Anyone who’s ever participated in maneuver warfare at the operational and strategic level will know exactly what we are talking about. #TexasNeedsADoc

The public messaging from the Abigail Spanberger campaign and the Democrats in Virginia is “we’re winning! We’re up so much! She’s going to be the next governor!” But you tell me, does this sound like a confident campaign? Directly from a Spanberber campaign staffer: “I’m not optimistic… I have to believe she’s going to win. They pay me a lot of money.. I don’t feel cohesive, I feel like a sales representative.” That doesn’t sound like confidence to me. The campaign doesn’t even believe in their own candidate. The Democrats are about to lose, and they know it. 🇺🇸

How do we know that Not Hailey Walbrecht-Sanchez is intentionally lying his ass off? This. Jason has been claiming for weeks that Aidan Kearney told him that he knows Karen will never file wiretapping charges against him because on the recording Karen talked about Adam Deitch leaking information to her and her attorneys and she doesn’t want people to know that. Jason is actually trying to convince you guys that Aidan was blackmailing Karen with a recording of her admitting to being in contact with Deitch. The same woman who told a whole group of reporters with cameras and microphones that she knows that the federal investigation is still ongoing because she heard it “from the horse’s mouth”. The “horse” she was referring to is the US Attorney’s Office. Karen and her attorneys have never been shy about the fact that they are in contact with Levy, Deitch, etc. But Jason wants you to believe that Aidan set Karen up to say that she’s getting information from Deitch so he can blackmail her with it. Jason has officially become so comfortable lying to you guys that he’s now relying on you guys being too blinded by hatred to utilize your common sense.

Mark Bederow’s very first footnote in this week’s filing is putting everyone on notice that despite all the noise about Michael Proctor as of late, we still have not forgotten about Yuri Bukhenik. We have not forgotten about the Rubber Duck scandal of Canton. We have not forgotten that Bukhenik showed up at the homes of multiple women to threaten them with arrest and criminal charges for their speech on social media. Bukhenik’s abuse of power deserves the same amount of scrutiny as Proctor’s does, especially when looking at his actions through the lens of the First Amendment. Putting aside the Karen Read case entirely, Bukhenik had just as much of a part as Proctor did in the specific targeting against Aidan Kearney, who currently faces every indictment for which the Norfolk County DA’s office can attempt to justify. Despite anyone’s claims, Bukhenik and Proctor are the left and right hand of the same body. Bukhenik played an active role in a portion of the damning texts that have been uncovered from Proctor’s cell phone. He also said anything he needed to (whether true or otherwise) to protect Proctor on the witness stand. Was Bukhenik’s sworn statement that Proctor operated with “honor and integrity” purely motivated by the protection of Michael Proctor, or was it, in part, to shield himself? To repeat some of Mr. Bederow’s “free legal advice” toward anyone associated with Proctor’s abysmal conduct (from Justice Served): GET AHEAD OF IT, DO THE RIGHT THING, AND COME CLEAN. ☀️ The public should not feel that the biggest threat to their communities comes from the same people who have sworn to serve & protect them. It is well past time to find out just how deep the scandal of the Norfolk County DA’s office goes.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court race is a good example of this, where Elon Musk tried so hard. He put in tens of millions of dollars to try and buy that election, but he ended up making the race more about himself. His money was toxic, and our money got the vote out about our candidate. And so you don't have to have more money. But we do have more people, and we just have to be able to leverage that power.

Why anybody would expect somebody else to pay for them is beyond me. Even if it was a close friend, I would think about it. If it did not happen often and I didn’t think they were trying to finesse me then I would more than likely do it. It sounds like in this case, the friend does this often and doesn’t pay her back. I have a name for someone like this and it’s a moocher. We will all have a friend like this in our lives and I think there will come a time where we have to decide whether or not this is something we are willing to tolerate. I would never do this to anybody else. If I had dinner plans but not enough money, the solution would be very simple, I would apologize and then cancel. I would y tell them why because that doesn’t matter. What matters is that I don’t have enough and I am not going to put my problems on anybody else. Friend’s like that have a short timespan to actually be a friend. I feel that people who do this are taking advantage and they know exactly what they are doing.

Did Turtleboy genuinely receive information from Karen via Alan Jackson, suggesting that Adam Deitch told them the investigation had been closed, as he states here? Or was Turtleboy the one who informed Karen and her team, having been in direct contact with Deitch himself? It’s no surprise in the least that the Read family, their attorneys, Turtleboy, and FKR are all publicly supporting Deitch for the District Attorney position.
