A wide grip upright row is one of the more useful but misunderstood exercises people do (or don’t do). It’s not a trap exercise (although some traps are involved for sure). It’s a side delt exercise. Don’t think about pulling the bar up with your hands. Think about driving the elbows out and up. It’s a lateral raise, but holding a bar…. My clients often get confused when I explain it that way. But if you can disassociate from “pulling up” and associate with driving elbows out and up you’ll engage and feel exactly where it’s supposed to hit. Elbows should finish a few inches above the delts. Notice I’m using straps? It’s not because I NEED them. My grip isn’t going to fail on these with 50 lbs. I’m using straps so that I can relax the hands and forearms and only think about my elbows. It helps. I like these for higher reps although you can absolutely go heavier on them which is one advantage of these over lateral raises.

Candace Owens bases many of her fake conspiracies on “suspicious” behavior. But if you ever take a closer look and actually examine that “suspicious” behavior you will quickly learn that the “suspicious” behavior in question is really just people not wanting to deal with Candace because they don’t like her and know she’s untrustworthy and has her own agendas. IT’S ACTUALLY HILARIOUS ONCE YOU NOTICE. 😂🤣😂🤣😂 Her latest conspiracy about Terryl Farnsworth is a perfect example of that. No there’s no grand conspiracy behind the SD card. No there’s no grand conspiracy behind why Terryl didn’t want to give her the footage. Terryl made excuses because he most likely knows that she would use it for clout or for other agendas. He knows she likes to stir up bullsh*t and didn’t want any parts of it. It’s really that simple. His only mistake is not being more straight forward about it. It’s also important to note that Candace isn’t entitled to any of this no matter how much she pretends she is. And the real reason Candace is mad is because Terryl sent the footage to actual investigators before her. And it’s funny that she’s bragging about her intuition and vibes here. Because I’m sure Candace caught on to the vibe that these people don’t want to deal with her and her nonsense a very long time ago. So she knows she’s not going to get exactly what she wants or is looking for when she reaches out to them. But she still does so purposely so she can use the responses or lack there of to back her stupid theories.

What? Who is the woke right? There seems to be an attempt to discredit the entire debate. It’s about an abuse that is happening in the program and entry level people being replaced. It’s not about talented people coming in to add Exhibit A: Disney used H1B to layoff employees and train their foreign replacements. I don’t care where you live or who is replacing you. It’s wrong.
