Agent Drive is a distributed filesystem purpose-built for agents to share data instantly. Write a file in sandbox A, read it instantly in sandbox B. It attaches to sandboxes with full concurrent read/write access, it is durable and it scales automatically.

S3 was never designed for POSIX operations: → rename = copy-then-delete → no proper locking → latency falls apart on small file I/O... which is exactly what agents produce.

Under the hood, we built an NVMe-backed distributed filesystem. It comes with a custom FUSE client which is optimized for agentic workloads: - small-to-medium files - high concurrency - frequent reads and writes across multiple sandboxes. First beta-testers report 5-10x better performance vs. S3-backed alternatives.

From the agent's perspective, Agent Drive is just a path in its sandbox filesystem. Hot mount at any time. fs.write and just work. We're also adding an S3-compatible endpoint on top. You get real filesystem performance inside the sandbox, S3 compatibility for everything outside.

Shared context shouldn't require glue code. Agent Drive turns the filesystem into a shared workspace, so agents can collaborate through the same files instead of stitching together S3 sync pipelines. Simple idea. Big unlock for multi-agent workflows.
