Every João Cancelo performance just goes to show we’ve been missing a world-class fullback since Dani Alves. He has his flaws, obviously, but he’s arguably been the best fullback in 2026.

It’s a “great honor” that GB native and Raiders teammate Alec Ingold is at Josh Jacobs’ camp: “He’s the best fullback in football, but he’s an even better man. Since I met him, he’s always been my dog. He’s always been genuine. Most hard-working, humble dude that I’ve ever met.”

With the current injury list at fullback for Ireland Andy Farrell could do a lot worse than bringing in Iron Mike Haley. He’s literally always class. I mean Andy won’t, but he should. Doubt Farrell has even seen him play.

Anybody else feel like jk simmons performance has been weirdly flat since season 1? Like just listen to the difference in his delivery he sounds like he’s reading a script sometimes in the new seasons, what happened?

P.J. Washington on how much his dad means to him: “He means the world. He’s been there for me since day one. We used to be in the gym just me and him and my little brother just working, just trying to get to this point one day…He’s been a big role model, he’s been there each and every step of the way, he’s my agent…” P.J. and his dad walk together after his warmup every game, and their bond is special.

Kyle Shanahan gave his assessment on DC Raheem Morris: “I think he’s done a great job. He’s been mixing it up all 3 of these games. It’s been a ton of challenges just with some of the guys he’s been missing. He’s been awesome since the day he’s got here. He brings a lot of energy to the group and he gets those guys to play the right way.”

#Vikings QB JJ McCarthy said unlike so many other receivers around the NFL, Justin Jefferson is not a “me guy,” and he, as well as the entire team, has been super supportive since he arrived in Minnesota: “Obviously it’s frustrating, obviously he’s the greatest in the world and going through tough times. But, the way he’s responded, acted towards me, and how he wears that C on his chest, it’s something amazing. It just amplifies his ability as a player.”

🇮🇪✊ Ian Garry believes that Conor McGregor wins Max Holloway: “It’s not an easy fight. Max is very good at what he does. He’s obviously been in there against the best guys in the world repeatedly. But whilst Conor has been inactive, the hunger will start to thrive in his mind and his skull. Conor is gonna have the knockout power.” 🎥 “The Future” Ian Machado Garry / Ariel Helwani Show

Jacquet has arguably been the best Centerback in the Premier League this season, I cannot believe how good he has been. He has been a massive upgrade on Konate and I expect him to play ahead of Konate in the French National team. His passing and IQ is on a whole other level!!!

what makes Trent the best offensive fullback ever by a wide margin is how he allows you the build the rest of your team because he can do so much on his own. everyone talks about the crossing, and yes, he's a 20+ BCC guy, on par with world class attackers blah blah but it is Trent's progressive game that makes him a true anomaly. you can build a midfield of cavemen that do nothing but run and duel because he is the entire buildup of a team on his own. his long passing allows attackers to get in behind and attack in 2v1s, 3v2s within needing to compromise your rest defense. because he plays so deep on the pitch and has such a massive passing range, you can't press him. midfielders can be pressed. a guy launching a rocket launcher from 50 yards back can't at Trent's best he was one of the greatest progressors and chance creators football had ever seen. his attacking value is not comparable to "Dani Alves" "Cancelo" "Reece James". it's comparable to Pirlo.

Unicorn of a footballer. There’s no player let alone fullback to play the game like Trent Alexander-Arnold. Dont question his defensive work just appreciate the genius every time he steps on the pitch.

Aaron Rodgers on Josh Allen: “I love the way he carries himself. He’s arguably the best play in the league, and things have been trending up for him ever since his first year as a starter. “Can’t wait to see him, tease him about all the damn commercials he’s in now.”

#Broncos WR Jaylen Waddle has been a highlight show during camp, and his presence has created a world where Courtland Sutton is seeing way more single-coverage. “Electric! Dynamic! He’s so good. ... He has been so impressive when he’s been healthy.” ~ Zac Stevens
