I forgot how much Meredith Marks and Angie used to feud. At one point, Angie told Meredith, “You’ve gone after every marriage in the group, meanwhile you are the only one who is out spreading their legs outside of their marriage.” Ooof. Fitness influencers are lying to you for content. Abs are important and there are so many great ways to sculpt them. Don’t listen to fitness models telling you that to build a long lean hourglass waist many exercises are bad but other random ones are good (without any reasoning whatsoever). It’s just a bunch of nonsense. Especially those telling you to skip oblique exercises. Obliques are structurally and aesthetically important. Don’t ignore them. Just like when you want any muscle group long and lean; keep the weight light, go super slow and use that mind muscle connection to make every little movement intentional and count (feel it when you go up and down), make sure you are doing adequate cardio, and to look ultra lean and defined I hate to say it but a lot of that is also how you eat. There’s no magic few moves that alone get you there or keep you from getting there. Nor will diet and cardio alone get you there. I’m not even going to get into the genetic aspect of abs or the unnatural things some of these fitness models do to look extra snatched and don’t talk about (surgery, abdominal etching). Then there’s Cryo bodysculpting and cryo toning. Point is don’t fall for that nonsense and don’t be afraid to try an exercise just because some silly influencer says not to. I’m unfiltered proof they are full of it. #fitness #abs

Watching the docu shifted something within me. For the first time since his solo career was announced, I stopped spiraling into the “what ifs”. I’ll admit it. I read comments. I’ve seen people ask if these releases were really worth leaving the group for. There were moments when those doubts got to me too. But the docu made me realize I was asking the wrong question. I wasn’t watching someone chase perfection. I was watching someone finally create from the most honest parts of himself, and for the fans who needed to hear those stories. Somehow, that mattered more to me than whether every song landed perfectly. Art evolves. Artists evolve. They experiment, they take risks, and they grow. There’s no roadmap for choosing your own creative truth over the safer path everyone expects you to take. That’s the artist I saw. I won’t pretend that all my doubts disappeared overnight. They didn’t. But through his interviews, his performances, and especially this docu, I found peace with my decision to support him. I stopped focusing on whether everyone else understood his choice and started appreciating the journey he’s choosing to take. That change also shifted the way I look at the criticism. There’s a music reactor I’ve followed for years who’s always been critical of the group and even harsher on Heeseung’s solo work. I still support his Patreon, and I still watch every harsh reaction. Not because I enjoy hearing the criticism, but because I trust the process. I’m looking forward to the day his work speaks for itself and even the people who doubt him now understand why he was given this opportunity. Until then, I’ll let time do the talking.
