Marathas are the reason that we are still Hindu majority country. By Marathas, i mean all MH folks Marathas, Brahmins (not Bammanchaps), Dhangar, Vanjari, Teli, Mali, Shimpi, and all including MH Muslims.

The most powerful and barbaric Vijapur and Delhi sultans became slave of Maratha emperors! From Vellore Jinji in south to Atak (now Pakistan) was the reach of Maratha kingdom! It's 1st time I heard south indians talking about Maratha history! Hugh respect for Sai Deepak!

Bit wrong info, British took delhi in 2nd anglo maratha war via Treaty of Surji-Anjangaon not 3rd war!

For maratha independence was much valuable than resources. If you come to our Kings big forts you don't even live 1 day there. It's just made for war and not for king like Rajput did.

Maratha {Peshwa) were working with Muslim kingdoms, they were responsible for pillaging Surat & other cities for profits. The big picture; if British Raj had not won & removed Mughal rulers from Delhi, it is very possible today Delhi would be under Taliban like groups control.☮️
