An IPO raises fresh capital for the issuer but distributes liquidity only if early shareholders sell into the offering.

This pattern is pure selection bias. Mega IPOs float when markets are already euphoric the listing is the symptom not the cause and calling Anthropic the final liquidity event is just engagement bait dressed as analysis
