All exactly correct except the idea we are running out of it. We aren't at least in 120 years. Maybe 1000 years. We keep upping the estimates as the geological science improves. And the geology keeps updating too so that the theory about 'fossil' fuels is less accurate over time and becomes a different system that may regenerate oil on a regular basis. As someone once said about the hydrocarbon-based system on Saturn's moon Titan (maybe in Billy Bob Thornton's actual voice), "how'd they get those dinosaurs on Titan?"

It's ALL a giant scam. People aren't saving jack by driving around their electric cars compared to what the war machine produces for emissions; it's all a money making scheme. There's practically no actual recycling of materials that you bring to the dump. Lithium mining and fracking for battery components is royally fucking up the land. Carbon "offsets" with their essentially unregulated markets is why there's a huge renewed push for 'green' And 'running out'? Do people know we're a net EXPORTER of oil here in the US? I mean, fuck, the list of climate fraud is astounding and ever-growing.

I was involved in wind energy construction for 35 years. The only thing green about wind is the money that changes hands for the Mfg., transportation, erection, Govt. subsidies and tax breaks for the industry. They paid to put them up and will pay again to remove the eye sores.

We needed 10GW of power but 5+GW of wind capacity took the night off. The only reason we're toasty this am (and not an absolute icicle) is because we were...
