I personally detest cyclists in the roads as much as anyone but this was an IQ test and the driver failed it. 72 year old Jerry Wayne Ross of Woodstock, Georgia has been arrested for hitting a cyclist and leaving the scene. When police arrived to question him, Ross acknowledged the accident but claimed the cyclists were in the roadway and blamed them for the collision. Jerry Ross was driving when he pulled up behind a group of 10 cyclists in the road. He began honking and heckling the cyclists, and one of them started filming.
