I've been thinking about this part a lot the past couple of months. Every damn time.

He was starting to be corrupted by the ring, so he had to die, but is if I remember he's sacrificed himself... what a legend

The part where Boromir nearly despairs, says that he has failed everyone, the white city will fall to ruin, always gets me, because i have been in the depths of that despair before.

Tingles my whole body tingles

I can't think of a more perfect actor to play Aragorn. Viggo seems to have that same quiet confidence and integrity. He and Sean - two masterful actors creating magic in this scene.

Yet there was even more of his contrition in the book.
