You could always remind them that since in most countries the definition of rape is formed around the male apparatus being used, that if women sexually assault their husband it isn't regulated by the law at all to this day. In fact, in the 1940s the word "rape" was specifically defined as "committed against women and children". Meaning a man or women forcing themselves on another man did not fall under that word.

Women today can legally rape men and boys with sperm jacking. Even in the cases where she is caught drugging and raping a boy, she is still entitled to child support from her victim.
