Every so often I see a post from someone that didn't find an eclipse an incredible experience. They didn't seem to get the hype. The sun turned into a black ball with glowing plasma shooting off of it. If that doesn't get you to feel something, nothing will 😆

“‘Red Rain’ is one of my favourite tracks from that record [‘So’]. It’s a good example of a band playing together with a lot of energy and again, I think from Daniel Lanois’ input, there’s a respect for the moment. So many times in studios you see people desperately trying to get the best possible sound, but they let the moment go because they want to get something right or fixed, or they know that this bit can be improved, but the moment is something instinctively that you feel and if you get that great performance everything else will bow to it. And you can fix a lot of things afterwards. But, if you get the best sound but you don’t get the great performance, you have nothing. And it’s so easy to forget that in the studio.” - PG

Lewis shared that he was relieved to have it confirmed that a car issue was hindering him during the Spanish GP, something he only found out after his post-race interviews. "At the end of the race, I was kind of like, geez, I've never experienced something this bad for such a prolonged time through a race. And it wasn't until after the TV interviews, I get back to the engineers and we find out that there was an issue. So, it was a bit of a relief to hear that because I definitely didn't feel so terrible afterwards." - F1 2025 Canada -

I didn't say anything to Andre...but I did say something to Maxey...he walked up to me and I was like I went to Kentucky longer than you so I have a little more experience with the geometry and all that, getting the ball off of that. Shoutout to Cal and the amazing teachers we had at Kentucky. Taught me well"

SHOOTING … SIMPLIFIED We love to complicate shooting. I try to simplify everything for players so that they can build on it. For shooting, I’ve been using this simple progression. If players have the ability to get behind the ball, under the ball, and through the ball… they have the ability to shoot the ball with ease. Sync that with their stance and timing … they’ll be a shooter!!!
