Our mainstream culture is conflict-avoidant. There is the assumption that the less conflict there is in a relationship, the better it is. I disagree. If there is real intimacy, conflict is actually unavoidable. Because we are all different. The real indicator of health in a relationship isn’t the lack of conflict, it is the quality of our repair. It is the level of authenticity we can bring. That requires knowing how to be with conflict and disagreement, how to hold nuance. And it also requires practicing the art of repairing. Are we willing to show up and repair what we broke? Do we have the skills and capacity required for that? Avoiding conflict means avoiding truth and therefore avoiding real intimacy. This work is essential and transcends the personal. If we aren't capable of dealing with conflict in our own personal lives, it is no wonder that the world is in the state it is, where the most prevalent conflict management strategy is escalation.

It’s not preaching, it’s not teaching. It’s healing. It’s healing people. And that is what we are called to do, whether you’re religious or not, is ensure—ensure that our neighbors have the care that they need. And that is, that is gonna be the end result of this plan and the other health care policies that we’re gonna fight for in Washington: saving the lives of our neighbors, bringing down these costs for all of us so that we can afford to get by in this economy, so we can afford to fulfill our God-given potential. We have all heard of the Japanese researcher, 'Dr Masaru Emoto', whose experiments showed how our attitude, WORDS, thoughts, MUSIC, emotions, actions, and SOUND 'dynamically' effect WATER in a POSITIVE or NEGATIVE way. Literally changing the structure. As WE are around 70% water, SHOULD we be 'mindful' of what we bring into our bodies, not just in the PHYSICAL sense. The science (some say is pseudoscience) of EPIGENETICS is said to prove that our body's ability to HEAL and REPAIR itself is greatly affected by our ATTITUDE, and that our DNA can literally be REPROGRAMMED Well, if this IS pseudoscience, our attitude is STILL something we should consider in any case. Everything has its own signature FREQUENCY, and we know the positive and negative EFFECTS of certain 'frequencies' on our body. Some believe it's through these 'frequencies' that WE are able to be 'controlled'... BUT is it less 'effective' depending on 'our' ATTITUDE? Could it act as a COUNTERMEASURE?...

President of Ukraine: We will work calmly with the US and all our partners. There will be a constructive search for solutions with our main partner. We will definitely not give the enemy any reason to say that Ukraine does not want peace, that it is disrupting the process, and that Ukraine is not ready for diplomacy. This is the dignity and freedom of Ukrainians, because everything else is based on this: our sovereignty, our independence, our land, our people, and Ukraine's future. We will and must do everything we can to ensure that in the end, there is an end to the war and not an end to Ukraine, Europe, and global peace. I have just spoken with Europeans, and we are counting on our European friends, who understand that Russia is not far away, that it is close to the EU's borders, and that Ukraine is now the only shield separating comfortable European life from Putin's plans. We remember that Europe was with us, and we believe that Europe will be with us. Ukraine should not experience déjà vu of February 24, when we felt that we were alone, when no one could stop Russia except our heroic people, who stood as a wall against Putin's army. And we were certainly very pleased when the world said, "Ukrainians are incredible. God, how Ukrainians fight, how Ukrainians struggle, what titans they are." And that is absolutely true. But Europe and the whole world must understand another truth - that Ukrainians are, first and foremost, people. And for almost four years of full-scale invasion, we have been holding back one of the largest armies in the world, and we are holding a front line of several thousand kilometers. And every night, our people endure shelling, missile attacks, ballistic missile and Shaded strikes. And every day, our people lose someone close to them. And our people really, really want this war to end. We are, of course, made of steel, but even the strongest metal can give way. Don't forget that. Stand with Ukraine, stand with our people. And therefore, stand with dignity and freedom.

We have the highest infant and maternal mortality rates, and our life expectancy is 10 years less than our friends in Japan and Switzerland right now. According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, the average American man in America, age 73, is their life expectancy. It is 83 in Japan and Switzerland. “This is something we should all be outraged about. And only one party in our election cycle this year was talking about chronic illness. The words ‘chronic illness,’ as far as I know, never came out of the Harris campaign’s mouth. And I think that was a real misstep because Americans are, I think, tired of being gaslit about the fact that there’s not a problem right now. And when we look around us, we know there is. “And Trump has asked RFK to do three simple things. He’s asked to get the corruption out of the U.S. health agencies, produce uncompromised evidence-based research for our health guidelines, and reverse the trends of the chronic disease epidemic in two years for children and adults so that we can show up for our 250th anniversary of America stronger than ever. That sounds pretty good to me.” After laying it all out, the audience clapped and cheered in agreement.
