Bro, your shoes… that’s the problem… too soft, too cushiony

no it's not at all. I'm not lifting that heavy brother

The only thing I see is that your knee bend increases in the lower section. Purist RDL, knees are bent so not to lock the knee. The bend should not change during the lift.

That form is basically perfect

Looks damn good to me man.

Pretty good. The only thing is: Use barbells. Hamstrings respond to big weights 😆. They have predominantly fast twitch high threshold fibers. These respond best in the 6-8 range. If a weight is allowing you more than 8 reps in a RDL, it's probably too light for 'you'.

Perfect form no need to turn your head to look at the mirror …just do it 🔥🔥🔥

I'm kinda addicted to it. If I don't then I get the feeling like I'm not doing it right

The form police in this thread is wild, knees this, barbell that….lmfao Keep up the great work brother👊🏽

Finally Thank you brother ❤️❤️❤️

What a form 🙌🏻🙌🏻💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Solid form

Really working hard

Form is absolutely correct so giveaways is cancelled 😀

it's actually perfect, you are doing great man, but aisa baar baar mirror me dekhne ki jarurat nhi hai 😂

Whats wrong in this ?

To be fair, back when I commented on one of your RDL clips your form was abysmal 😅 Today, it's actually pretty solid fella. You're going up and down because your bum is moving back and your back is nice and flat.

The biggest mistake people make with RDLs is treating them like a vertical "up and down" movement instead of a horizontal "front to back" movement.

If it works for you and you have zero pain. Keep doing it if you enjoy it. ✌🏾❤️

I dont think you need any advice

Stop posting yourself working out, then people won’t talk about your form at all.

Pick up racquetball. It turns you into a Gurkha. But use two racquets. But guess what you never do . . . Hit the ball with both racquets at once. Assymetry induces transverse symmetry.

ignore them bro, you're doing wonderful

My personal tip is do rdls using a barbell not dumbbells it locks you into a fixed track for rom and keeps you leaned forward .

Spine can't be turned so you see in the mirror. Grip is too tight dangle your fingers and wrap them with other fingers.. hold the fingers not the barbell bar. Slackens tension on "Deep Front Line" assymetries. Which are ironically caused by attempting symmetrical lifts.

Bend the knee a little before the RDL THEN stick out the bum without bending the knee any more.

i think you're doing just fine

Perfect form

People have different opinions and style to do it

This might be an SLDL, idk. 😭

Anything over 275lbs with bumper plates on barbell. I stand on a plate to get the most stretch I can. 295lbs here
