I genuinely need some advice from experienced lifters. Last week my arms looked full, vascular and bigger. Today they look flat. Almost like I've lost muscle. My weight has barely changed in the last 2 months. I train 6 days a week for 1.5–2 hours. What are the most common reasons this happens? What could I be doing wrong?
