Kanye continues to expose the hypocrisy in the Jewish community. When rappers are degrading black women, Jewish record companies have no problem promoting it and making money off of it, but once a rapper raps about Jewish women in that same light, then it's an issue. Why do our cities look dirty, with garbage everywhere? Here, a child is showing a banner about the penalty for littering, but his parents ignore it. The same parents will later complain on social media and blame the authorities for not keeping our cities clean. We often complain, but we don't take responsibility ourselves but expect others to do so. We drive on the wrong side of the road and then complain about drivers who do the same. We throw garbage and then complain about unhygienic conditions. This is a result of social norms. We tend to do what others are doing, and the police cannot catch everyone, giving people an unfair advantage. This mentality trickles up the ladder, and nobody takes responsibility, leading to the mess we see in our cities. Our airports are clean because no one throws garbage there, and there is a positive demonstration of social norms. A few good people are not enough to change society.

This woman was filming a video for her video blog when a man comes up and proclaims that her child is ugly, he then talks about how he is a mulatto. He then talks about how he doesn’t like her and warns her not to speak to him again, he walks away but then comes back and almost repeats the exact same thing. The woman is shaken by the encounter and calls her husband to come accompany her in case the man becomes physically aggressive. Not sure what’s wrong with him but if someone like this approached you in a parking lot, what would you do, call the police?

All organizations should hire the best coach for the job regardless of color. So, how do more minority coaches become the best person for the job? In this coaching cycle we have seen retreads, rehires, & the same familiar faces. Hiring often stems from relationships & familiarity. It’s clouded by nepotism and favoritism. There needs to be a pipeline, a system, and lower level entry program that allows coaches to grow. Tony Dungy & Sean McVay understand this. We need more like them.
