SpaceX IPO'd as the largest offering in history and it landed on the exact year a 150-year-old cycle map circles in red: 2026, "high prices, time to sell." That's not a coincidence. The IPO didn't mark the start of a new era. It marked the top. And the chart is already confirming it. Price has fallen from its ~$220 high all the way down to ~$150 candle after candle straight down. But this is just the first leg. The way I read it, $70 is where this is ultimately headed, and we're not even close to the bottom. Here's what makes that so dangerous: the insider unlocks haven't even started yet. This entire slide from $220 to $150 happened on the tiny float alone. When the real supply hits billions in locked shares flooding the market there won't be anywhere near enough buyers to absorb it.
