How about delivering my order, that I have been waiting over 3 weeks for?

How often do people click and unclick their wheels for this to be an advantage? I can't remember the last time I took my wheel off my base and even when I've needed to it's never been an issue to squeeze the quick release and pull it...

Are you going bankrupt? How can customer services be quite so overwhelmed? More staff needed? Extra shifts? C'mon - this utter contempt for paying customers needs sorted, and not 'we are facing backlogs of two weeks of emails' !!!! 😒
