I grew up in Southern California in the 80’s. The hills were frequently on fire. The only thing different now is that this hills are packed with houses. Santa Ana winds are no joke.

This is the Democrats idea of urban renewal. Neglect and defund public safety while hiring DEI leaders for photo ops.

California liberals will never let them rebuild there. The state will site some new environmental regulation or make it so expensive to rebuild it won’t be feasible. Many won’t even get insurance money to rebuild.
