What if I told you the Ukrainians tried to surrender earlier this week? Let's walk through a bizarre chain of events that we all just watched play out in real time - and which nobody seems to have fully grasped the significance of. Down the rabbit hole.⬇️ On Monday - July 21st, 2025 - the Ukrainian authorities moved against the Ukrainian National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO), with the SBU raiding their offices. The next day, the Rada - acting at warp speed on direct orders from Zelensky - passed a law stripping both agencies of their independence and placing them under the supervision of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office. It's important to remember that these agencies, as formerly structured, effectively answer to nobody within the Ukrainian government and have considerable powers to investigate and prosecute "corruption" as broadly defined. They are also objectively terrible at their jobs - NABU does not "pay for itself," only recovering a small fraction of what it receives in funding, and Ukraine has only grown more corrupt under its watch. Any observer of the Ukrainian state is quite familiar with the absolutely industrial level of corruption that its elite habitually indulge in and which the war has made so much worse. So clearly there's something else going on. Simply put, these agencies are quite obviously tools through which Western interests - who fully control them through the usual NGO cutouts and deep state connections - exert direct influence on the Ukrainian authorities. NABU and SAPO exist to investigate the "right" corruption to ensure that Ukraine stays in its lane as a Davos proxy Now for the interesting part. At the exact same time that the Ukrainians moved against these Western-cutout "anticorruption" agencies - Tuesday, July 22nd - the Ukrainians and Russians announced a round of snap negotiations to take place the very next day - Wednesday, July 23rd. Delegates would meet in Istanbul on essentially no notice. Here's where the plan seems to have come apart. When Zelensky moved against them, Davos pulled out its usual playbook and huge mob - orders of magnitude larger than any protest against a government that has turned Ukraine into an open-air prison camp and its war of choice that has killed or maimed a disturbingly large portion of the country's population - descended on the Maidan. The only difference from the usual color revolution fare was the NGOs had learned their lesson from Georgia last year and told their footsoldiers to make crude cardboard signs (to a generally uniform specification) so it would look more authentic and spontaneous. As this was happening an avalanche of condemnation poured in from the Western press, with prominent outlets calling for Zelensky's ouster. Front and back-channel diplomatic messages were doubtless far harsher. Meanwhile in Istanbul on Wednesday - quite possibly because the Russians sensed their counterparts would not be able to keep any agreement they made in the face of the pro-Western mob occupying the Maidan, regardless of what they were offering - the negotiations quickly collapsed. The delegations met for only a little over half an hour and very little was agreed to. The next day - Thursday, July 24th - Zelensky folded and ordered the "anti-corruption" agencies restored to their former positions and authorities. So what are we to make of this? Well, lining these two events up, I think that Zelensky tried to make a play against Davos and NATO, and tried to make an offer to Russia - and his plan failed spectacularly. The Davos Regime exerted maximum pressure to yank him back into line, and the Russians seem to have rejected out of hand whatever his delegation was willing to offer and quite possibly walked out then and there. Left with no options, Zelensky capitulated to his sponsors and restored the status quo ante for their "anticorruption" proxies. The end result to all of this will have been to dramatically weaken Zelensky's position given that he made his move and it not only failed but backfired spectacularly. At this point the credentialed media in the West is openly talking about his departure, and the Russians don't seem to take his government seriously at all as a negotiating partner.

The next day, the Rada - acting at warp speed on direct orders from Zelensky - passed a law stripping both agencies of their independence and placing them under the supervision of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office. It's important to remember that these agencies, as formerly structured, effectively answer to nobody within the Ukrainian government and have considerable powers to investigate and prosecute "corruption" as broadly defined. They are also objectively terrible at their jobs - NABU does not "pay for itself," only recovering a small fraction of what it receives in funding, and Ukraine has only grown more corrupt under its watch. Any observer of the Ukrainian state is quite familiar with the absolutely industrial level of corruption that its elite habitually indulge in and which the war has made so much worse. So clearly there's something else going on. Simply put, these agencies are quite obviously tools through which Western interests - who fully control them through the usual NGO cutouts and deep state connections - exert direct influence on the Ukrainian authorities. NABU and SAPO exist to investigate the "right" corruption to ensure that Ukraine stays in its lane as a Davos proxy Now for the interesting part. At the exact same time that the Ukrainians moved against these Western-cutout "anticorruption" agencies - Tuesday, July 22nd - the Ukrainians and Russians announced a round of snap negotiations to take place the very next day - Wednesday, July 23rd. Delegates would meet in Istanbul on essentially no notice. Here's where the plan seems to have come apart. When Zelensky moved against them, Davos pulled out its usual playbook and huge mob - orders of magnitude larger than any protest against a government that has turned Ukraine into an open-air prison camp and its war of choice that has killed or maimed a disturbingly large portion of the country's population - descended on the Maidan. The only difference from the usual color revolution fare was the NGOs had learned their lesson from Georgia last year and told their footsoldiers to make crude cardboard signs (to a generally uniform specification) so it would look more authentic and spontaneous. As this was happening an avalanche of condemnation poured in from the Western press, with prominent outlets calling for Zelensky's ouster. Front and back-channel diplomatic messages were doubtless far harsher. Meanwhile in Istanbul on Wednesday - quite possibly because the Russians sensed their counterparts would not be able to keep any agreement they made in the face of the pro-Western mob occupying the Maidan, regardless of what they were offering - the negotiations quickly collapsed. The delegations met for only a little over half an hour and very little was agreed to. The next day - Thursday, July 24th - Zelensky folded and ordered the "anti-corruption" agencies restored to their former positions and authorities. So what are we to make of this? Well, lining these two events up, I think that Zelensky tried to make a play against Davos and NATO, and tried to make an offer to Russia - and his plan failed spectacularly. The Davos Regime exerted maximum pressure to yank him back into line, and the Russians seem to have rejected out of hand whatever his delegation was willing to offer and quite possibly walked out then and there. Left with no options, Zelensky capitulated to his sponsors and restored the status quo ante for their "anticorruption" proxies. The end result to all of this will have been to dramatically weaken Zelensky's position given that he made his move and it not only failed but backfired spectacularly. At this point the credentialed media in the West is openly talking about his departure, and the Russians don't seem to take his government seriously at all as a negotiating partner.

“One of the most complicated hostage rescue missions in history.” The operation to rescue the hostages from Nusayrat was named "Summer Seeds" and is defined by the IDF as one of the most complex ever for hostage rescue. The hostages were held in a heavily civilian populated area, above ground, in buildings of 3-4 stories. The forces stormed the two separate targets where the hostages were held, with Noa held on the first floor and Andrey, Shlomi, and Almog on the third floor of another building, hundreds of meters apart. Hamas moved the four hostages from apartment to apartment, and the concern was that if the forces only stormed one building, the terrorists would escape with the hostages in the second building. The Air Force gathered intelligence from the air in the last few days, and the IDF and Shin Bet created conditions to reach the targets without the terrorists shooting the hostages first, which was key to the operation's success. The models built by the Yamam (Israel's counter-terrorism unit) reminded senior military officials of the models established for the Entebbe operation, with buildings, streets, and small areas for practice. The main problem was in the apartment where Andrey, Almog, and Shlomi were held, and where Yamam fighter Arnon Zamora was killed. The rescue took place under heavy fire, and during the disengagement, dozens of terrorists with RPGs and machine guns ran through the alleys towards the targets. As a result, uninvolved Gazan civilians were also killed in the dense fire exchange. Saeed’s 15-year-old son, who was attacked alongside him, was abducted from the scene after his father was shot and has since been held at the Israeli Ofer detention camp. Saeed himself was detained as a prisoner at Soroka Hospital and was not allowed to receive visitors or see his relatives or family members. Today, the court decided to release both of them from detention, demanding 10,000 shekels for their release. Due to technical reasons, the release will be delayed and will only take place tomorrow. Binyamin Bodenheimer—the settler who shot Saeed—is the security coordinator of the settlement of Avigail. As the person responsible for the settlement’s security, he is deeply committed to acting in the settlement’s interests, which means to the harm of his Palestinian neighbors. His activities include, among other things, expelling shepherds from their lands, harassing residents who are under threat of expulsion, and invading villages with youths from the settlement. Please repost if so inclined: In the clip below from today’s Dan Bongino montage of Comey, the corrupt former FBI Director who caused chaos with the Russia Collusion Hoax, he unilaterally cleared HRC for mishandling classified materials and destroying evidence before the 2016 election. During this Press Conference I was at the FBI office with my agents working on a cartel prosecution. We all stopped to watch with amazement as Comey was initially eviscerating HRC’s unlawful conduct, but as we all now know he eventually stated “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case!” I remember turning towards my agents and saying “well, I guess I’m an unreasonable Prosecutor . . .” I knew in that moment at my deepest core, based on years of prosecutorial experience and instinct in federal law enforcement, that the reason Comey cleared HRC had nothing to do with the prosecutability of that fact pattern - it was political interference in its most corrupt form. And here’s why. Comey had NO authority to decline prosecution. At the end of the day, he was “just a cop” so to speak. His ONLY authority was to turn the investigation over to the DOJ which has sole discretion on who to prosecute, or not. He can make a recommendation, but not a decision to not prosecute, especially based on the reason stated. That’s why this will go down as one of the most embarrassing and demoralizing moments in FBI history. My agents were crushed. They knew what just happened as much as I did. This man stepped out of his lane to cover and protect a politician, while at the same time, without any of us knowing in that moment, he was also beginning the years long political assasination of Trump in what later became the Russia Hoax.

We all stopped to watch with amazement as Comey was initially eviscerating HRC’s unlawful conduct, but as we all now know he eventually stated “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case!” I remember turning towards my agents and saying “well, I guess I’m an unreasonable Prosecutor . . .” I knew in that moment at my deepest core, based on years of prosecutorial experience and instinct in federal law enforcement, that the reason Comey cleared HRC had nothing to do with the prosecutability of that fact pattern - it was political interference in its most corrupt form. And here’s why. Comey had NO authority to decline prosecution. At the end of the day, he was “just a cop” so to speak. His ONLY authority was to turn the investigation over to the DOJ which has sole discretion on who to prosecute, or not. He can make a recommendation, but not a decision to not prosecute, especially based on the reason stated. That’s why this will go down as one of the most embarrassing and demoralizing moments in FBI history. My agents were crushed. They knew what just happened as much as I did. This man stepped out of his lane to cover and protect a politician, while at the same time, without any of us knowing in that moment, he was also beginning the years long political assasination of Trump in what later became the Russia Hoax.
