On Figma Motion, my demo & review. This is one of those updates that clicked swiftly into my workflow. Like in my 3D pipeline, using this stick shift animation, I emphasize hardware feedback with motion from Figma Motion. Assets are animated in Fig Motion and loaded into Blender as video textures for mesh and material control. It's advantageous since it is built into an ubiquitous ecosystem. A lot of work these days start in Figma even for someone like me that works outside the tool frequently. Can't over-emphasize my appreciation for the schema used to introduce motion to nearly all properties. Reminds me of how motion works in Blender - with better complexity management. Better than introducing more menus for those. Ease curves iD between keyframes is also an improvement over existing systems. Having spent some time on the tool, here are updates I'll like to see to Figma Motion. These are based on my immediate needs as at the time of working on this demo: • Using modifier keys (CMD, Shift, Ctrl) to jump / nudge across the timeline. E.g: holding down Shift key to make the playhead jump 100ms etc. • Jump to previous or next keyframe. • Better anchor point trails • Renaming layers from the timeline as well. • Editable custom bezier styles: after saving a style, I should be able to edit the curve - just as you can edit colour styles. • Enable transform on the timeline. I should be able to flip or scale keyframes. I hope to continue trying more ideas. Craft focused tools have had to take a backseat in recent times. Pleasing to see this come to light.

You’d be shocked at how many scouts have LiveBarn accounts. They want to watch you practice to see how much you value getting better. There’s a long road between where you are today and the level you aspire to be at - they want to know you’re going to put in the work to get better so you’re able to play at the next level. 2. They’re watching you on the bench. How do you interact with your teammates? Do you take coaching? Are you pumped for your teammates and engaged in the game? Do you have good body language? These intangibles are what get scouts excited on top of what they see on the ice. It’s the little things that make championship players and teams. Q: Esteban, new year, new rules, new car. You've had the first run out this morning at the Shakedown. What are the first impressions? How did the program go for you? Esteban Ocon: Yeah, feeling good. I think, frist of all, an unbelievable effort from the team really to put the car down, you know, at 9:20 this morning. But the was ready at 9:00 you know. We were waiting on a bit of a better track condition and a few things that we wanted to be perfect before we went out. But yeah, from Fiorano testing with Ollie to here there's been moving like people have climbed mountains really to make this car work and it's been really good. So, we are dealing with the plan, learning as it goes. Of course, it's a busy program that we have for the day. So you know, its gonna be difficult to complete it. But for the first real day of driving, I think so far it's going really well and we'll keep pushing to make sure that all the details are covered. But we have more days than normal which is a good thing. Q: Very early days, of course, but just how different are these cars to drive? Have you had a chance to play around a little bit with some of the new modes? Ocon: Yeah, it's very difficult, very complicated. I got lucky be able to do a lot of simulator days before we started the year, so we are pretty well set on that. Everything is clear, but yes, it's very complicated you know, for all of us. But I hope that this will be the same for everyone, because if it is we're in the same boat, so we'll see. Q: But I get the sense you're really relishing that challange and what about the priorities from here, the rest of the weel here at the shakedown? Ocon: Yeah, the aim is really to learn, to get mileage under the car, you know, see the weak points, what we have to improve really. First feel of things, so we are sure that we take the right development path and we are sure that we put the resources where it matters the most. Where it's the most bothering us, so you know, we'll try and put all that together for that end of the test. It's a long week, which is very good and then we have the chance to go back to Bahrain with hopefully, further step made, so that's the aim. #HaasF1 #F1Testing #F1

Scott Jennings says we have no say over Israel’s actions in Iran. I disagree. “We are the senior partner, they’re the junior partner. We have the weapons, we give them the weapons. We’re funding this war. We’re the great power. They’re our client state. So in theory, we should be able to have the more than a 50% say in whether American blood and treasure is spent to perpetuate this war for months and months. And it’s pretty clear from what President Trump said today about the war he wants to get out very soon. He keeps saying it. He wants to get out very soon. And it’s pretty clear from what Netanyahu said today that he doesn’t want to get out very soon.” “So both of those people can’t win.
