🚨BREAKING: Our CENSORED Study Showing mRNA Injections Induce SEVERE Genetic Disruption Linked to Cancer and Chronic Disease Is Now on PUBMED We declare a MAJOR victory against the Journal Cartel. Using high-resolution RNA sequencing on blood samples, we discovered that COVID-19 “vaccines” SEVERELY disrupt expression of THOUSANDS of genes—triggering mitochondrial failure, immune reprogramming, and cancerous activity that can persist for MONTHS to YEARS post-injection. 🧬Differential gene expression analysis compared mRNA-injured patients (cancer, adverse events) to 803 healthy controls — revealing widespread transcriptomic CHAOS: ⚠️ Mitochondrial failure – Complex I breakdown, oxidative stress, energy collapse ⚠️ Immune reprogramming – Chronic inflammation, ACE2 suppression, TLR hyperactivation ⚠️ Oncogenic activation – MYC up, p53/KRAS down, DNA repair suppression ⚠️ Cellular stress – Ribosome overload, misfolded protein buildup, proteasome activation ⚠️ Epigenetic remodeling – Chromatin shifts, methylation changes, nucleosome displacement ⚠️ Reverse transcription suggested – Patterns consistent with LINE-1 activity and persistent plasmid DNA, raising concern for potential genomic integration or sustained foreign gene expression Earlier this year, our study became one of the most-read and most-downloaded preprints in the world. Shortly thereafter, it was abruptly WIPED from the preprint sever AND ResearchGate. We identified that this unethical removal was likely the result of coordinated Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex pressure and PubPeer Mob attacks, intended to shield the deadly mRNA platform. Their efforts have failed miserably. Now, two things need to happen: 1. Immediate market withdrawal of the mRNA injections 2. Formal RICO investigations into the Academic Journal Cartel and its PubPeer enforcement apparatus

Flashback to when President Trump discussed his letter from Dr. Vladimir Zelenko (the "doctor from New York") and told the world that he was taking hydroxychloroquine. This early treatment approach would soon become known as the Zelenko Protocol. It combined HCQ, zinc and azithromycin and would later include vitamin C and a high Vitamin D dosage. This treatment was used by Dr. Zelenko on his patients during the initial Covid outbreak and it had an 84% reduction in hospitalization and death. This approach would later prove to be an effective prophylaxis as well. Trump simply mentioning this led to the media and some of the scientific community attacking hydroxychloroquine and trying to falsely claim that it was dangerous, despite it being one of the safest drugs in the history of mankind. The Lancet even published a COMPLETELY fraudulent study that was later retracted, but only after every single MSM outlet used it for their agenda. This twisted and evil effort to "prove" HCQ was ineffective and dangerous was one of the biggest disgraces in the history of medicine and science. Despite all of the agenda/driven sabotage, MILLIONS of people around the world used the Zelenko Protocol with great success/safety and many continue to do so now due to it's effectiveness at protecting and fighting against ALL single-stranded RNA viruses, not just Covid. "Flu, RSV, Marburg, and Ebola are single stranded RNA viruses that use similar pathways for replication. They use RNA dependent RNA polymerase (RDRP) to make copies of their genome." - Dr. Zelenko THANK YOU ZEV!

🚀 We're thrilled to introduce Orthrus 🧬🐕—a groundbreaking mature RNA foundation model designed to push the boundaries of RNA property prediction! 🔬 What is Orthrus? Orthrus is a Mamba-based RNA foundation model, pre-trained using a novel self-supervised contrastive learning objective with biologically inspired augmentations. It optimizes the similarity between splicing isoforms and orthologous transcripts, capturing functional and evolutionary relationships to enhance mature RNA property prediction accuracy. 📑 Preprint: 💻 Code: 🌐 Project Page: 📦 Model Weights: 🧠 Why Orthrus? Decoding the RNA regulatory code is key to understanding biology, but traditional experimental approaches are slow and costly. Existing genomic foundation models rely on techniques like masked language modeling or next-token prediction, which aren't fully aligned with the complexities of genomic data—leading to suboptimal results. 🌟 Orthrus Highlights: - Biologically-Informed Contrastive Learning 🧪: A novel contrastive learning objective designed specifically for genomics, maximizing similarity between splicing isoforms and orthologous transcripts across species. - Extensive Pre-training 📊: Trained on splicing annotations from 10 species and orthologous alignments from 400+ mammalian species (Zoonomia Project), with a focus on sequences of high functional importance. - Superior Representations🏅: Orthrus outperforms existing genomic models on 5 mRNA property prediction tasks, often surpassing supervised methods with just a simple linear transformation. - Efficiency in Low-Data Settings📉: Orthrus excels in low-data regimes, achieving state-of-the-art results with as few as 45 labeled examples for fine-tuning on RNA half-life prediction. Shoutout to the amazing leading authors Phil (Phil Fradkin) and Ian (Ian Shi)! Also the work is impossible without an outstanding collaboration by Karina (Karin(a) Isaev), Brendan (Brendan Frey) , Quaid (Quaid Morris), Leo J. Lee!
