I ask myself, “What do I buy that is really the picks and shovels? And what do I buy that is actually a direct ownership of the tech equivalent to, let's say a stable coin or Bitcoin itself?" My conclusion has been if I wanna play the long-term, the next five years or even 10 years in AI, I need to own data centers. I need to own real estate where data centers are built. I need to own power contracts that power the data centers. I've seen this movie so many times before, once you convinced as an investor that this is gonna be here for a while.

Just spoke to my friend Alex Jones this morning. I called him to let him know he’s back on X. He’s excited and hadn’t seen yet because he was waking up. He said “My entire crew is still asleep. How do I get back in? My whole crew has been banned for so long I don’t even know if we have the same email to login.” I’m sure Elon Musk can help Alex login to his account. For years, Alex was ahead of the curve as a true canary in the coal mine, blowing the whistle on Big Tech censorship. We were both two of the first to be completely banned everywhere and we are still banned on my sites. And so it is really great to see Alex back on X. I remember when we went to the Congressional hearing on Twitter Censorship when Jack Dorsey was testifying and we confronted Dorsey as he was leaving. This video is from September 5, 2018 outside of Congress where Alex and I were trying to warn the country of what would happen if Congress didn’t address Big Tech censorship. Too bad they didn’t listen. Alex Jones is a hero and a Free Speech ICON.
