VOTER FRAUD UPDATE: Sheriff Dar Leaf gives massive update on his investigation related to the Michigan Department of State placing NONCITIZENS on VOTER ROLLS using the driver database at the Secretary of State's office, and now ordering clerks to delete evidence! This is the full update, videos 1 through 5. It's time to hold these people accountable, or this will continue to happen. Noncitizens were being placed automatically on voter rolls, with the Secretary of State manager acknowledging that he knew this was occurring, then incorrectly claiming and advising that employees would remove noncitizens from voter rolls. Sheriff Dar Leaf's investigation uncovered that municipal and county clerks have no ability to identify noncitizens on the voter rolls in the first place. A whistleblower from the Secretary of State's office came forward exposing Jonathan Brater and the Michigan Department of Elections, and how they began removing individuals from the qualified voter file, also known as a "QVF file." Mr. Brater and his staff, under his orders, started removing these individuals from the qualified voter file and notifying the municipal clerks that they should DELETE their "MASTER CARD" at the local level. The "Master Card" is municipal documentation and evidence that an individual "IS" or "WAS" on the voter rolls. MCL 168.514 requires preservation of the Master Card for 5 years pursuant to the statute. This was an unlawful instruction. Jonathan Brater testified under oath that the state does NOT maintain a permanent record of the qualified voter file, therefor the Master Card is the proof needed to show "WHO" the state is removing from the voter rolls. Brater is ordering the destruction of evidence that shows illegal voter registrations. Sheriff Dar Leaf is trying to interview witnesses but is being obstructed by the Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, and her staff. When Sheriff Dar Leaf went to interview a manager who documented the noncitizen automatic registration of the voter rolls, the witness gave a scripted response, and stated that they would not talk to Sheriff Dar Leaf or cooperate with the investigation, per the Secretary of State's office's direction. Sheriff Dar Leaf was also recently contacted by the Michigan Department of State, by Attorney Kayla Crane, Chief Legal Director. The letter from her states the following: "Our Secretary of State branch staff are not authorized to provide law enforcement information, simply on a verbal request or a demand. It is our understanding that you contacted Jonathan Brater outside of his official channels..." She then goes on to say that Sheriff Dar Leaf is harassing a witness, when Sheriff Dar Leaf is doin his job and an investigation into VOTER FRAUD, when the management staff knew that noncitizens were being illegally placed on voter rolls. This is a CRIME, and Sheriff Dar Leaf does not need to ask of ANY permission while conducting a criminal investigation to interview any witness. Attorney Kayla Crane is now committing obstruction of justice to shield the Secretary of State and others of illegally adding noncitizens to voter rolls and is now being referred to the federal government for investigation, for obstruction of justice, witness intimidation, and all other applicable charges. Her law license does not give her the right or authority to violate the law or obstruct criminal investigations. Additionally, Sheriff Dar Leaf's office is in receipt of evidence that Melissa Thomas and other managers are communicating to whistleblowers that they may not report evidence of crimes to law enforcement. this is ANOTHER crime. Melissa Thomas will ALSO be referred for federal investigation. On Sept. 16th, 2026, the court of appeals judge advised the Michigan Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, to notify all clerks that the electronic poll book data is required to be preserved pursuant to the law, and that the court has issued an injunction that Washtenaw County shall NOT delete electronic poll book data. Municipal clerks have reported that they have not received an email informing of the Michigan Court of Appeals judge injunction in Washtenaw County. The Barry County Sheriff's Office is hereby notifying all clerks that they should retain all electronic poll book data, from all elections, for 22 months as required by federal statute. Like I said in my previous video, no matter how safe our elections or machines become, the people who run our elections or count the vote are the most important people of an election. If they are compromised, nothing else matters because they can manipulate the system, delete records, logs, and votes, and you would never even know. It's time to expose these people rigging our elections, indict them, and convict them with hefty prison sentences. It's time to make examples out of these people or nothing will ever change.

Remember when they tried to say there was a 3rd Trump assassination attempt at a rally in Riverside..... But it turned out the Sheriff lied about the guy's passes being fake, his license being fake, his ID's being fake, and he was never able to produce this so called "threat" that was supposedly made against Trump? Not that it mattered anyway, because the guy recorded the whole damn thing and can prove one was never made. Turns out the person he falsely crucified all over the national news outlets, was one of my best friends in the world and business partner for our network America Happens....Vem Miller. Whose biggest crime apparently, was telling the cops he forgot he had guns in his trunk that were legal where we live here in Nevada...but not in Commifornia. A simple peruse through his social media and all the years of him supporting Trump and the MAGA movement, easily proved to anyone not eating paint chips...that he wasn't there to harm Trump. We had heard Bianco had aspirations to run for RINO Governor of California, and likely did this for clout and free TV time.....and it turns out we were 100% right. Days after Vem Miller was cleared by the FBI and Secret Service for not being a threat.....this douchebag Sheriff Chad Bianco went on every channel he could to brag about what a f*cking fake hero he was, and that he thwarted this great big "assassination attempt" that NEVER happened. He also "tipped off" the LVMPD that Vem was a "threat" after he was already cleared....and they decided to send an armed unit to his elderly Armenian parents house, for no reason other than to scare the hell out of them and perhaps cause them or Vem harm. Yall acting as if I owe Trump something for a pardon. GTFOH. The ONLY reason I needed a pardon is cause I supported Trump, and still do. Forget the money, over a year into this term and the very people who weaponized the government against us still work there. The same DOJ employees and prosecuting attorneys who terrorized J6 prisoners to the point that several took their own lives still work in those same positions today. As a U.S. citizen exercising my free speech, I began warning about Mike Flynn, QAnon and Russian interference in our elections starting in August 2020, during the first Trump administration. In the 4 1/2 years since, I have experienced a ruthless onslaught of attacks for my reporting, which includes “lawfare” — the intentional weaponization of the legal system as part of an effort to silence, disrupt or harm an opponent. The first lawsuit was by retired Lt. General Mike Flynn — a remarkable piece of legal propaganda that regurgitated a number of smear campaigns created by Flynn’s trolls, stalkers, and media plants, which accused me of calling him various names. It started as a $75,000 lawsuit engineered to stay in Sarasota Court. When the judge didn’t cooperate as he hoped, Flynn escalated his lawsuit to include Rick Wilson for $10 million in federal court, then added MeidasTouch for $50 million. Their crimes were acknowledging that I exist. When that failed to stop me from speaking out, Flynn had his good friend and loyal operative Kash Patel, formerly Chief of Staff in the Pentagon on J6 and slated for a hearing to be FBI Director, copycat sue me for $10 million in Nevada. Among the accusations of Kash Patel is that I called him a “chud” and a “Kremlin asset,” all of which is true. In the last few weeks, Russian state media has said that Kash Patel is “our boy” who will be “a beaut,” “dismantle America brick by brick,” and turn the FBI into a “museum of political repression.” I have first-hand knowledge of this reality, now. As I write this, my lawyers are spending money Mike Flynn and Kash Patel know I don’t have — to punish me for the crime of telling the truth about them, and to challenge the Sullivan Rule, which protects journalists who write about “public figures,” a role Flynn and Patel pride themselves on. They know their cases will never prevail, and that I have nothing to give them if they did. But that is not the point. This is “hybrid” or “fifth generation warfare” against what they perceive as a dangerous opponent. It’s a small example of “political repression,” to quote the Russians. My rights as an American are being trampled right now. They were being trampled during the Biden Administration — because our justice system is already broken. It’s an ancient, glacial, incomprehensible mess driven by money, power and influence. It needs a reboot. Regardless, imagine what Patel and Flynn will do with the power of the federal government, not just to me, but to the nation. If they will go to these lengths to silence one guy who writes on Twitter and Substack, what will they do to media organizations, to political opponents, and to marginalized communities? When they say they want “retribution,” what they mean is they want to erase history of their own crimes. They are engaged in a massive Goebbels-like DARVO (Deny, Accuse, Reverse Victim & Offender) campaign to blame Democrats, “Russiagate” and whatever other conspiracy theories they can conjure up for crimes they committed themselves. They will now have the ability to enforce this alternate reality with the full power of the federal government. The best example of how I expect a Patel-led FBI to function is like the Stasi, the East German secret police, who implemented a program on their own people called Zersetzung.
