This looks flammable. I prefer carboard, corrugated sheets assembled, that will be a powerful insulator that will not allow a fire to spread across a facade of a building. ppl even building small buildings using "cardboard bricks" as the sole material for floors, walls, and roof!

Avoid polystyrene panels, they are not breathable. Prefere breathable products like stone wool. Or else, you might have serious problems with the quality of air because of mold fungus.
