Great stretch for people who sit at desks all day or deal with low back pain. It's called the Tactical Frog. One of the most overlooked areas of the lower body is the inner thigh aka. the adductor. Inflexible or weak adductors can reduce hip mobility as well as cause knee and low back pain. Improving your adductors improves your hip mobility, which is crucial for anyone that sits at a desk for long periods of time. How to do this: 1. Start with hands and knees on the ground. Neutral spine with shins on the ground. 2. Spread your knees apart as far as possible 3. Push your butt back to your ankles. Start on your hands first and if you're flexible enough use your forearms for support. With any stretch, you always go where your range of motion allows you to go. Do this for a set of 30-60 seconds daily and breathe while performing it. Your hips will thank you.

If you want to learn how to break ankles, you have to learn how to shift the weight of your defender, and usually, you have to shift it twice! You’re going to have to make your moves at the right distance and use double jabs! If you make your move too close you’ll get jammed, if you make it too far away, your guy will recover. When you jab one way and go, it can work, but most good defenders can recover from one jab. However, when you double jab, defenders bite hard on the second move and can’t recover from their recovery! Learning to jab with your stutters, skips, your head and shoulders, and even your stick will allow you to shift your defender’s weight! Last, change your angle of approach! The hardest way to beat your guy is straight at him, if you angle left or right then attack you’ll get a natural shade advantage that will open up an opportunity!

Read 100 paywalled research papers for free every month! You don't even need a university account to do this. Here's how to read paywalled papers on JSTOR for free: 1. Go to jstor(dot)org and click on "Register" in the top-right corner. You can register with your personal Google or Outlook account. Or, you can create a JSTOR account manually. 2. Once you've logged in to your JSTOR account, click on "Workspace" in the menu bar. Then click on "Create folder." Choose a name for your folder and click on "Create."Creating folders in Workspace is a great way to keep your papers organized. 3. Type in the keywords in the search bar to find relevant papers. JSTOR willl give you a list of papers. To read a paper for free, click on "Read online." You will see a preview of the paper. Scroll down a bit and click on "Read Online" again. 4. If you find the paper super-relevant to your project, click on "Save" on the top of the article. Choose the folder you just created in your Workspace and save the paper in it. If you go to your Workspace, the paper will show up in the relevant folder. 5. You can also take notes on papers in your Workspace. To do so, click on the "Add Note" button under a paper and start typing. Click on "Save" to your save your note. 6. If you already have a paper and you want to related to it, you can use Text Analyzer. To do so, click on "Tools" and select "Text Analyzer." Upload the paper you have and JSTOR will give you a list of papers related to you original paper. 7. Text Analyzer also lets you callibrate your search parameters. If your golf swing doesn’t feel natural, you may be making it too complicated. Think about skipping a rock. Your body tilts, your arm moves naturally, and your motion flows toward the target. That same feeling should show up in your swing. Set up in a position that lets the club move back and through naturally, without forcing it. When the swing feels like skipping a rock, the club starts moving on plane with less effort and fewer moving parts. Simplify the motion. I made this tool 4 years ago for helping with customer support emails. Instead of typing, it allows you to compose an email by dragging from predefined blocks with variables. So you only write your blocks once, and then you only combine them with drag and drop into an email. You can also save a set of email blocks as a template. When you choose that template, it lets you fill the variables of the template like a form, and then send it. We only use it internally and now with all the gpt stuff going on it seems pointless to release it. or is it? 🤔
