🧨Experimental leaked #nvidia #DLSS #NR (neural rendering) Right now it needs to run on top of SR (super resolution) or RR (ray reconstruction) In this Control video NR is shown with SR, RR, and OFF, with all of game's R/T options enabled at all times. You guess which is which

Absolutely amazing tech. The aI sLoP bots will complain because they can't think for themselves. This what we dreamt of as kids.

Hopefully, Nvidia ignores absolutely retarded whiners and keeps cooking their magic.

I don't think they're paying much attention to whiners. If they did, they would serve meals at mcdonalds instead of driving gfx tech ;)

This is the same tech that they've shown with Oblivion a few months back right?

Looks pretty good, apart from the perf drop.

Keep in mind that we got this .dll by chance/mistake. This is nowhere near the final release from nvidia, nor has had any developer customizing the tech for their game. Also, last year A LOT of people were claiming that "Ray Reconstruction for Transformer model is far too heavy and it won't happen", and yet see what we got last week from nvidia.

Honestly, it's pretty impressive for what it is currently.

here it is running on an entry level 5060 8gb

Omg this is so magic, I can't believe it. AI is so full of surprise, fascinating and terrifying when you think the state of in 10 years... Very nice video, what about performance loss, which GPU?

Profilbild von abstract concept

5090, around 45% drop

@BackWindowz holy cow, if this keeps that drop in the final version then < 5070 guys will be fucked if want to play at 4k, even when FG the baseline FPS will be insufficient.

@MisterSpace3 What about the possibility of having a second GPU dedicated to DLSS5 NR only? I don't know if it's technically possible, but if I remember right, the frist demo version was running on a dual GPU platform...

@gugadev Here it is running on an entry 5060 8gb And before you run buying twin 5090s😁, remember guys, last year a lot of people were certain that Ray Reconstruction for Transformer model is "too heavy" and it "won't happen", and we just got model F 😆
