This mfr just tapped a plains for a blue spell with a cmc more than 1, dont listen to this man

Gotta add a lil rage bait for the algorithm

You did a great job

Tapping one white for a blue 2 drop. Completely misexplaining how combat works. This is exactly how Magic was explained to me in 2009.

exile is like a super graveyard. What's that? Oh no, you can still play cards from there sometimes

As a newer player, exile seems like WOTC’s “not on the battlefield but still in the game” default. Works out

Turns out if you play with infinite mana and one shared deck new players catch on in like 10 minutes... Some of you out there trying to teach mtg using your cedh deck while your poor friend still doesn't understand Trample.

🤣 the summoning sickness reference sent me, well done

This is the true for every MTG player I have ever known, including myself, trying to get someone into the game

Magic is the greatest card game of all time and yet this video is still true

Funny I actually understand it better from watching this.

he had me clocked the entire video…

It's very funny that Exile is both 1. The permanently removed from the game zone and 2. The temporarily removed from the game zone.

I just started again after 24ish years. When we were young we tried to teach my friends dad and he would literally tap on the land instead of turning it 😅

this made me laugh so hard. the true teaching someone magic experience

Kindred is a card type not named There are more too like boss and hero

Those are subtypes. Which is also equally confusing to a new player lol

@Twilight3504 cant believe this guy doesnt know about the most famous type pf card type- KINDRED /s

@tuckerlindgren Someone spreading misinformation on the internet saying disa’s gorfs can only be 8/9s instead of 9/10!? Never!

😂❤️

Some of this sounds simpler when you played games like Yugioh and Hearthstone before kind of

you haven't even explained the stack 😂

I've been playing for decades, and I'm still not sure I'm playing right. LOL

Trying to explain Yu-Gi-Oh

When he just casually mentioned the deathtouch and lifelink and moved on. Not so fast bucko! Time to list every status effect (or w/e they're called)

This is, hands down, the worst explanation of Magic I've ever heard

this reminds me of the time a friend tried explaining it to me and I felt so bad because I would literally zone out from information overload every 30 seconds

I know nothing about MTG, but found the video entertaining. I came to the comments, and was unsurprised to find so many people saying “um actually, the game doesn’t work like that!” 😂

Easier to just to say it's gay

"we don't have to over complicate this" 😭

50% of the time you draw no lands, the other 50% you only draw lands, fun times lol

😂 So true. Magic has so many rules. Yeah, it’s more fun learning from your friends.

Perfectly explained by @PwrWorldLIVE “at some point it just sounds like they are just making stuff up”.

crying about them getting sick and ill 😭 its all too real

@cavalgantetiago @Cerebeluke

It wouldn’t be funny if it wasn’t true. 😂😂

This is funny af

just show them this it's how I learned

Yugioh: "you get one normal summon, you cant activate a trap or quick spell the turn you set, and the entire rest is explained on the card you wish to activate" "What about this card with 2 textbo-" "You guys have one fucking joke"

Interrupts like fork. Well, no more, instants now.
