They struggle to figure out what their niche should be or what they should talk about Creator Buddy solves this It's not an AI tool that creates you content. How I use Reddit and AI to find winning startup ideas The entire playbook in this 21 minute video and 4 step tweet: 1) Use AI tool Gummy Search to find trending subreddits: - Target 10k-100k member communities (less competitive) - Answer the "why now" question (easier) - Leverage your "unfair advantage" (your moat) - Pro tip: Track daily/weekly/monthly growth trends 2) Analyze subreddit for problems & solutions: - Add subreddit to Gummy Search "audience" - Check "pain and anger" for common patterns - Review "advice" & "solution" requests - Look for recurring themes and write them down! 3) Identify creators in the niche: - Use @PerplexityAI to find top influencers - Search YouTube for popular videos - Read comments to understand audience needs - Analyze 20-25 videos for deep insights - Use vidIQ's chrome extension and sort popular videos by "contains a question" to understand what questions people have 4) Wireframe your startup idea: - Sketch out your product/service based on insights - Prototype with tools like Framer - Create a catchy, relevant name - Example: Design Scientist for conversion-focused design 5) Bonus: How to create a niche audience - Use Gummy Search's "top content" feature - Analyze high-performing community content - Ask AI about content preferences (e.g., "Do they love memes?") - Treat AI tools as your "entrepreneurial assistant" - Open an iOS notes file calls "ideas" and write content ideas - I use my Friday AMs to workshop those ideas. I found working on the right startup ideas is like swimming downstream. Everything is easier. The ideas are out there. They are on Reddit. They are on YT. They are on TikTok. Just gotta go out there and find 'em. Enjoy. Happy startup idea hunting. -- Next tweet will include the YT video for folks who prefer watching over there (I don't blame you!)

How to ACTUALLY reach 500 points on Arc without getting stuck or confused 👇 A lot of people complain: "Bro I watched all videos/articles already but not getting points anymore" 😭 The problem is most users consume everything randomly in one day without tracking anything. Here’s the easiest method that helped many users 👇 1️⃣ Don’t watch content randomly Every day, new videos/articles get published on arc. So first: – Open 2 tabs/windows – Tab 1 = Arc Home page – Tab 2 = Contribution page (where you see points for videos/articles) Now on the Contribution page: – Click the 3 dots/menu – Find the “Find/Search in page” option 👀 Then: – Copy one video/article title from Home page – Search it inside Contribution page Now you’ll understand: – which content already gave points – which one DIDN’T give points yet If no points were received before for that content, then watching it now can still reward points 🤝 This is the main trick most people miss. 2️⃣ Watch content in an organized way Start either: – from oldest content OR – newest content But stay consistent. Every day: – Watch around 4 videos – Read around 5 articles ⚠️ Don’t randomly open 20 videos together. After watching: – wait around 5–10 mins – points usually get added quickly If no points appear: that content probably won’t reward anymore → move to next one. Also remember: – which article/video you ended on today – continue from there tomorrow Mobile users can also use multiple tabs/windows same as PC 👀 Honestly, if you stay consistent with only videos + articles, 500+ points becomes very achievable. And don’t forget livestreams: many web livestreams give around 20 points each 🤝 3️⃣ Timing matters A LOT This is another huge mistake people make 👇 Most users: – watch today at random time – then watch tomorrow at another random time Result? No points 😭 Arc content rewards usually need a FULL 24h reset. Example: If you watched today at 6PM, then tomorrow start again around: 6:10PM – 6:15PM Don’t rush before 24h fully passes. And again: – only do around 4 videos + 5 articles daily – once points are added, stop there Watching too many extra videos usually doesn’t help. 4️⃣ Discord Application Tips (VERY IMPORTANT) Most people get rejected because their answers don’t match each other 😭 Example: Question 2: "What are you?" – You select “Content Creator” Then Question 3: "How will you help Arc?" – You answer “Building apps” See the problem? 👀 Your answers should CONNECT with each other. If you choose: – Content creator → talk about guides, videos, education, helping users. If you choose: – Builder → talk about products, apps, tools, etc. Usually 4–5 questions are connected together. If your answers feel random or inconsistent, rejection chance becomes very high. My suggestion 👇 – Reach 500 points first – Then apply carefully – Stay active in Discord – Join livestreams – Help community members on discord – Keep contributing & building consistently That’s honestly the best way to grow inside the ecosystem, and slowly get recognition for Tier badges & other community roles/badges too 💙 If you helped, please do like, repost & sahre you your frns🥰

A message to TeamYouTube YouTube Creators Neal Mohan I am a Belgian YouTuber who has been creating videos on YouTube for over 14 years, and YouTube has been my full-time profession for more than 10 years. Today, I am at risk of losing everything. My very first YouTube channel, a channel that had been inactive for several years, was terminated after receiving three strikes on old videos about a video game called Yandere Simulator. I stopped creating content about this game years ago. The videos I made about Yandere Simulator were created for one reason only: to entertain people, make them laugh, and have a good time playing a video game — exactly as I have done with many other games throughout all these years. I have always done everything I could to respect YouTube's rules and Community Guidelines. For 14 years, I have built my life and my professional career around creating content and entertaining people. I have never wanted to promote anything harmful. My only goal has always been to bring positivity to people, make them smile, and give them a moment of entertainment. And today, I am at risk of losing my entire career because of old videos on a channel I had not even been actively using for years. YouTube, I genuinely need your help. I am simply a YouTuber who wants to continue doing the job he loves, continue creating videos, and continue making people smile. After more than 14 years on this platform, I am asking you, please, to give my situation a fair and careful review. Please comment, share, and tag Youtube. I truly need your help to make my voice heard. 🙏
