The game looks great so far! However, the player character feels kind of "floaty" since their walk cycle doesn't quite match with their speed, making them seem to slide across the ground. Would it be possible to apply some sort of inverse kinematics to it?

Unfortunately, this is one of those tradeoffs that have to be made with low framerate animations, and from my experience, it's hardest to get right for slow walking animations.

The bars take away from the cinematic-ness in my opinion
