In 2015 leaked footage showed an Israeli soldier shooting a 13 year old in the dick. They purposely do this to young boys/girls so they cannot have children. Israeli army wanted to suppress any action by Palestinians that resists Israeli policies, especially settlement expansion. Israeli policies on how to deal with protests gives a green light to Israeli soldiers to kill Palestinians, including children.
