TO WHOMEVER IT MAY CONCERN Cities/towns/rural India need educational institutions at large scale. This is an educational institute located in rural area of Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, India. It’s called Jauhar University, built in 2006 by a senior leader Azam Khan, an opponent of present ruling BJP govt. Almost 3000 students studying here in 24 different departments. They are from nearing states like Uttarakhand as well. It is the largest higher education center in the area spread over 500 acres. Though the The university is located in a rural area (gram panchayat), the Rampur Development Authority (RDA) issued a notice to Jauhar University saying that out of 40 buildings, the plan/layout for 38 buildings (blocks) on the campus had not been approved. Therefore, bulldozers will be used to demolish 38 buildings in the next 15 days. Point is, Instead of bulldozing this grand university, legal formalities can be achieved according to the local municipal laws. But NO! It seems that in the garb of legal technicalities, it’s actually a political vendetta & a personal enmity against a leader who comes from the minority community. Do you have two words to offer on this?

I had predicted this in 2024. UP under Yogi Adityanath has overtaken the states of Karnataka and Gujarat in overall contribution to the economy. From 8th position to the third position in GDP contribution.❤️🔥 According to the Reserve Bank of India, at present Uttar Pradesh contributes 9.1% to India's economy, after Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, which is the highest, and in this regard Uttar Pradesh has overtaken the states of Karnataka and Gujarat. UP slowly overtook KA and Gujarat. While KA focussed on Muslim appeasement and Language supremacy, UP focussed on Investments and inclusive growth. Apart from this, in 2016–17 the annual per capita income in Uttar Pradesh was 54,564 rupees, which became 1,09,844 in 2024–25, and in 2025–26 this same annual per capita income is going to be 1,20,000 rupees. Yogi government has released the state’s Economic Survey, according to which Uttar Pradesh’s economy, in terms of size, is now going to overtake Pakistan’s economy. Pakistan, with a population of 25 crore, has a total economy of 35 lakh crore rupees, while India’s state of Uttar Pradesh, with roughly the same population, is going to have a total economy of 36 lakh crore rupees. Yogi and the BJP have the welfare of its people and the state at heart. Congress and Siddaramiah have the welfare of the Gandhi Dynasty at heart. Yogi Adityanath well deserved. It is with deep regret that I inform you that the J&K government has rejected our Bill on Sheikh-ul-Alam University in today’s Assembly session. I moved the Bill in the Legislative Assembly with the goal of establishing the region’s first private university. The proposed Sheikh-ul-Alam University Bill for Pulwama (Bill No. 9 of 2025) was, however, turned down by the government. Despite my persistent appeals and efforts to have it considered, Education Minister and the J&K government rejected the proposal. In the decisive vote, NC MLAs opposed the Bill, halting what could have been a landmark step for higher education in Pulwama. Currently, J&K has no private universities, while India has over 500. Our students face immense challenges, including safety concerns and high costs of education. Over the past ten years, 500 cases of hate crimes against students have been reported. Many students spend more than 1 lakh per year, and around 2 lakh students from J&K are studying outside the Union Territory. We urgently need to build strong institutions here in J&K so that our students can access quality education locally, overcome crises, and pursue their ambitions without facing such challenges.

Uttar Pradesh: The Railways have issued a notice to vacate the mosque located outside Prayagraj Junction, citing the station’s redevelopment work, while the mosque side claims that it is a waqf-registered and years-old religious site. In protest against this notice, advocates, in a memorandum submitted to the Additional District Magistrate, stated that this mosque dates back to the British era and that regular five-time prayers have been offered here for years. The mosque was formally registered with the Waqf Board in 1950 under serial number 161. Its construction was carried out under the patronage of freedom fighter Major Shahnawaz Khan, who was an officer in the Azad Hind Fauj and later served as Deputy Minister in the Railway Ministry. On the 6th April, 2026, the Supreme Court directed a CBI inquiry against a sitting Chief Minister in Arunachal Pradesh. They wanted a CBI inquiry into all PWD contracts between 2015 and 2025. The way the scam around the Ram Trust has unfolded is an absolute shame that happened under the patronage of the BJP and the RSS. On the 6th April, 2026, the Supreme Court directed a CBI inquiry against a sitting Chief Minister in Arunachal Pradesh. They wanted a CBI inquiry into all PWD contracts between 2015 and 2025. And the Chief Minister is continuing to be in office while the CBI inquiry is going on. There are continuous paper leak issues, the NEET issue, and the CBSE issue.
