Gemini Omni's motion control is f*cking cracked i just figured out how to turn 1 reference video into 50+ AI videos with the exact same movements... you have a video of someone eating, dancing, using a product, doing whatever complex motion you need. you feed it to Gemini Omni and it recreates that exact motion with a completely new AI character in literally one prompt i've tested this against Kling motion control and it's not even close. Kling falls apart the moment you try anything complex. eating scenes look weird, hand movements get mangled, anything multi-step breaks down completely. Gemini Omni handles all of it if you're still using kling motion control or paying creators to split test your videos, this replaces that entire workflow here's the thing though. you can't just prompt this out of the box. if you try to do motion transfer with default prompting you're going to get errors or the motion won't transfer properly. there's a specific prompting method that makes it work every time so i packaged up the whole system.. here's what you're getting: > full step by step video breakdown > how to find the best reference videos to use > the exact prompting system that allows for motion control transfer so you never get errors > the workflow for batching this out at scale (1 video → 50+) RT + reply "MOTION" and i'll send it over (must follow so i can dm)

We have over $250k in scheduled jobs just in April alone A 5x increase over last April. Our biggest and most frustrating challenge by far is speed to scale. I could add another $250k with the click of a button, and I could press this button 30x over every 4 months. I could expand the service area and amplify it even more. The thought of taking on an investor has been discussed many times, but that’s another challenge, because it needs to be the right investor. Money alone isn’t the right investor. We need one that understands the industry and is well connected in it. We also have over 100 people ready to buy into a franchise model. A model that has already been built over the Winter. The possibilities are endless, but the decisions have become much more complex and more impactful.

I found a Claude skill that plans my entire AI ad before I even open Gemini Omni. I just send it: → the product → the ad style (LEGO, crochet, cartoon, Pixar, etc.) that’s it. a few seconds later it gives me: → a complete script → a scene-by-scene breakdown → Gemini Omni prompts ready to generate I don’t waste time figuring out what each scene should look like or rewriting prompts until they work. I just generate the ad. It’s the exact workflow I’ve been using to make AI ads for affiliate offers, and it’s cut my creation time by more than half. The newest version of our Almanac preprint is out, and just in time for our demo at the Stanford AIMI Symposium 2023! Almanac is a retrieval-augmented LLM that provides up-to-date and verifiable answers to medical queries. Link: We benchmark our approach on a novel dataset of clinical scenarios (n = 130) evaluated by a panel of 5 board-certified & resident physicians, and demonstrate significant increases in factuality (mean of 18% at p-value < 0.05) across all specialties. More interestingly, because the retrieved data acts as a single source of truth, we find retrieval-based LLMs to be more robust to prompt injection and manipulation! Instead of laying new cables, Chinese researchers have upgraded existing fiber infrastructure by doing two things at once: Using three wavelength bands (C + L + S) instead of the usual two. Using four cores inside each fiber instead of one. Each core acts like an independent highway, and each band acts like an extra lane on that highway. Together, they’ve reportedly increased transmission capacity per core by nearly 50% and overall data throughput by up to 5×. This matters enormously for AI. Modern AI clusters move terabits of data per second between thousands of GPUs. The biggest bottleneck is often not the chips themselves, but moving data fast enough between them. If you can push 5× more data through the same physical cables, you can train bigger models faster and reduce network congestion. Why this is significant: • It shows multi-core + extended spectrum technology moving from labs into real-world commercial use • The system has already run over 35 km of existing telecom network • It could be especially useful for submarine cables and large-scale data center interconnects • China is also eyeing it for its “Eastern Data, Western Computing” project The deeper implication: We’re reaching the physical limits of how much data we can push through single-core fibers using traditional methods.
