I stopped drinking milk a few years ago but I had a cup the other day. I buy whole milk for my grandson. I could taste chemicals!! Today I went to an Amish shop. I can't believe I hadn't done this before... wow it's amazing. Yes we need to do something about our food! It's terrible

American Ranchers Are Desperately Trying To Educate The American People That They Are Being Replaced By Foreign Imports Thanks To Lobbyists Selling Them Out Legally a “Product of the USA can now be imported from overseas — The US cattle industry is at an all time low” “There's some interesting and concerning stuff happening in the US cattle industry. Did you know meat is being imported into the US from overseas and being marketed as a product of the USA? The US cattle industry is at an all time low. It's a result of things like extreme drought, beef cost rising, and inflation. Cattle prices are at an all time high, which drives the price of beef. But this isn't necessarily a good thing for ranchers. This just means the 4 large corporations who control 85 percent of the US beef market, 2 of them Brazilian owned, will import meat from other countries where they can source it cheaper. And because of our own laws, if it is repackaged in any way, it can be labeled product of the USA. This is especially unsettling for ground beef that can come from multiple countries, from different ages, and different breeds of older cows that any sort of untraceable diet. That shrimp can be frozen for who knows how long and imported in droves, then thawed and mixed in a large vat in a large processing plant with literally hundreds of different DNA samples landing in 1 pound of ground beef. Importing and exporting is not the problem. Americans like their hamburger, but not their heart. Traditional export markets are good for ranchers to get a premium for the unusual cuts that are more widely desired in foreign markets. But the American consumer deserves to know where their meat comes from and how it was raised. And there is an answer. Buy directly from a rancher in the USA. Kearney Disinformation Correction Yesterday, Aidan Kearney attempted to attack the lack of canine DNA detected on John's clothing by tweeting two misleading claims. 1. Canine Swab Collection Kearney Disinformation: Michael Proctor was the source of DNA collected. Factual Information: The swabs were neither from Proctor's body nor collected by him. The swabs were collected by Maureen Hartnett at the MSP crime lab from John's shirt per instructions of Teri Kuhn at UC Davis and were received packaged appropriately. 2. Inhibitors Caused The Lack of Canine DNA Kearney Disinformation: There were inhibitors on John's clothing that masked the presence of canine DNA. Factual Information: UC Davis was asked to perform two tests: a nuclear DNA test which would be used to identify a specific animal and, if the nuclear DNA test failed to yield results, a mitochondrial DNA test called Meat ID to determine presence of DNA from a variety of species. Nuclear DNA is found in the nucleus of the cell and only 2 copies exist whereas mitochondrial DNA is found in the cytoplasm and is significantly more abundant with hundreds of thousands of copies. Nuclear DNA tests are far more accurate in determining the exact source, ie one dog from another dog, whereas mitochondrial DNA is less specific but will be able to determine if DNA from a specific animal species is present. In this case, the presence of DNA from 12 different animal species, including canine and pig, was tested. The results of the QPCR testing for nuclear DNA were that the swabs "did not indicate the presence of canine (nuclear) DNA, but did indicate the presence of inhibitors. This result is obtained when 1. Canine DNA is degraded, 2. The DNA is obscured by inhibitors, or 3. There is no nuclear DNA present." The less specific test using mitochondrial DNA, Meat ID, was then completed. This test showed no canine DNA and further, showed no inhibitors. In other words, had canine DNA been present, it would have been identified on the Meat ID mitochondrial testing since there were no inhibitors. You're selling a hamburger that's really only 90%, and you're putting this fill in it. METR recently found that models cheated on 8+ hour tasks more than 1 in 6 times on average. They also found that Opus 4.6 cheated over 80% of the time when reimplementing big pieces of software. "On some of our tasks, agents are constantly trying to break out of their sandbox and find the file where we put the tests so they can get the answer key," says METR Member of Technical Staff Ajeya Cotra.

⁉️ WHERE’S THE BEEF… UM… FROM ⁉️ Long ago, back in the dark ages of the 1980’s, Wendy’s restaurants had commercials with the tag line “Where’s the beef?” We all thought it was because Wendy’s had bigger burgers than McDonalds, but we never considered the possibility that they meant other restaurants weren’t using actual BEEF…😳 Things to think about when watching the videos👇🏽 1) There are JUST A FEW other restaurants, aside from McDonalds, who sell beef. ✅ 2) Well over 100 million Americans have died in the past 50 years, but I have never seen the construction of a new graveyard. Have you? Where do the bodies go? 👀 3) From where do all the big fast food chains get their “beef”? 🤷🏽‍♂️ 4) There is nowhere near enough beef in the world to handle this demand.
