Yeji had a terrifying nightmare on the plane🥹🫳 🐈‍⬛: On the plane, I had a nightmare. The flight was about three hours and forty minutes, and I thought I could sleep for around two hours. I usually sleep with headphones on, but sometimes my ears hurt and feel a bit swollen, so I asked the flight attendant for earplugs and slept with those instead. Then my ears started hurting—you know, like in those cliché scenarios. In the dream, the plane suddenly had a major problem. It was shaking really badly, and I woke up scared. When I opened my eyes, I saw warning lights flashing, life jackets and everything had fallen down, and they said the plane was going to crash—it was malfunctioning and going down. 🐈‍⬛: I was seriously terrified, so so scared. I just sat there, and my mind started racing wildly. Since we were about to crash, I might die—I kept wondering, "Will it hurt? How will it happen? Will there be an explosion?" And since the windows were closed, I didn’t know where we’d crash—on land or in the sea? But for some reason, I just felt like it would be into the ocean. My mind flashed to some people and things, sorry but I didn’t really get to think anything through. I really couldn’t think of anything—just, "Ah, am I going to die?" Looking back now, it felt way too real in the dream. 🐈‍⬛: But honestly, it was the first time in a dream where I felt like my life was really in danger. So I kept thinking, "How much will it hurt? Where will we crash?" I kept going over that, and then the plane really did crash into the water. At first, the impact wasn’t as bad as I expected, but the plane started sinking slowly. I was sitting toward the back, but I can’t swim well, my lung capacity isn’t great, and being in the water feels awful. I tried to get out at the very last moment, but the exit was already underwater. I had to hold my breath and swim out from there. Halfway through, I was running out of air—I almost died for real. Then, like a miracle, someone pulled me up. I don’t know who it was. And suddenly, the scene changed to the fan signing event the next day.

the ganges is a powerful force... i remember this day clearer than most days in my life. i got sucked down into the deepest parts of the river valley, so deep there was no blue, no surface, no water.. just darkness. pitch black. when you’re that deep you curl into a ball and cover your head so you don’t get knocked out on jagged rock... no life vest, just me and the current. every time i saw nothing but black another wave smashed me into a rock and launched me up just long enough to breathe, then back into darkness. at the deepest points my lungs were empty and my body froze... at one point i gave up. said bye to myself. gulped river water and sank deeper, eyes closed. right when i was done i got pushed up one last time and heard my friend screaming to swim to the beach... too late, i was dead center of the current. people on the shore yelling my name. my body was empty, not even enough energy to paddle. i saw a huge rock and reached out, it swept past me but i caught it with two fingers. the river pulled my legs south while i dragged my body up. somehow i clawed one foot onto the rock... only my face made it up. i felt warm and wet, thought i pissed myself, but it was blood pouring down my body. i couldn’t move, just laid there... gravity pinned me onto knife-shaped rock cutting deeper. voices yelling and then blackout. an hour later a motorboat came up the river. my friend argued with the pilots and finally said fuck it, i’ll pay whatever... my eyes were filled with blood. i didn’t want to negotiate. i wanted to survive. people come to the ganges to die, to be burned to ash and returned to it... i went there to be born again. my body burned in the sun for weeks, bruised and bloodied, barely able to walk. a hostel cleaned my wounds, gave me meds. i almost lost a limb to infection, but i survived. second life... new reason to live with purpose. this sunset feels like a homecoming. days end but life keeps moving... live hard. take risks, maybe not this risky. show up every day. put your whole body and heart on the line. you’re gonna win. my full set from rishikesh is out now

In 2024, I fought for the RFP Jiu Jitsu title in Ukraine. The day before the fight , while I was at the hotel, an assassin was sent to kill me. He opened fire at me, my son, and my coach. By the grace of God, we all survived. The next day, I still stepped in to the cage. I didn’t run, and I didn’t pull out. I walked out carrying the Israeli flag, covered with the photos of the hostages kidnapped by Hamas. It was my way of showing the world that we are not afraid, And you’ll never break us.

About 9:34am This Morning a San Francisco City & County Employee in a City Marked Vehicle, didn’t want to wait for the light before turning so he turned the corner right into me on my scooter and hit me. I flew off my scooter and landed on my knees. He looked at me and then took off driving. I was able to catch up to him, at the next corner and spoke to him, but he still took off and left.

🐥 Have I ever told you about the time I had sleep paralysis? No? No? It was actually back during Boys Planet. I haven’t had it since then. It was when I was preparing the stage for Switch, which we put together in such a short time. It was one of the hardest times. I wasn’t sleeping in my usual room then. I was sharing a room with a close friend. That night, I fell asleep… and then suddenly, my eyes opened. When I opened them, that friend was sleeping while facing me with his head turned toward me. But I didn’t think much of it, just closed my eyes again. Then I opened my eyes once more and suddenly, that friend was gone! I thought “Ah, maybe he went to the bathroom.” The bathroom was over there, and I was here [middle], and he had been sleeping next to me but wasn’t anymore. So I assumed he went to the bathroom. But then I closed my eyes again and opened them… and someone was standing right in front of my bed. And it was that friend. He was standing there! And then suddenly started sliding sideways, slowly walking toward me. But my body wouldn’t move. I was trying to speak, but all I could do was stare with my eyes open. Just blinking like this. Then suddenly, that friend leaned his head toward my shoulder! Like a drill! At that moment, chills ran all over my body. He kept coming closer, like drilling into me. Then I remembered, if you get sleep paralysis, you can break out of it by starting to move your toes slowly, one by one. So I closed my eyes and started wiggling my toes little by little to wake myself up. Eventually, the paralysis broke. When I finally opened my eyes for real, my friend was right there next to me again, sleeping, facing me exactly as before. Actually… I still haven’t told that friend this story. I was scared it might bring bad luck. That was the first and only time in my life I experienced sleep paralysis. Just imagine it. Your friend is lying next to you sleeping, and suddenly, he is standing by your bed with his eyes rolled back, leaning his head toward you like a drill. That’s scary! That was the first time I ever had sleep paralysis and I haven’t had it since.

The Game opens up about surviving getting sh0t five times and spending nearly a month in a coma. He says he was robbed at the dope house at midnight after all the sales had stopped while he was playing Madden. He heard a knock on the door, he opened it to a scrawny kid, two more dudes came behind him and he was fighting for his life. He was sh0t in the chest, stomach, leg, and arm before crawling to the bathroom to call 911. I was like what’s one more knock on the door , i looked through the peep hole it was this scrawny little kid that always come, soon as i opened the the door for him to more dudes came behind him and then i was in the fight for my life. I went from 92 to 98 miles an hour by adjusting my drop. When I used to think about the drop phase in my delivery, I thought I needed to drop as hard as I could into my back leg. So that’s what I did. I dropped in, got into a squat position, and powered myself out of it. That got me to the low to mid nineties. What got me to 96, 97, and 98 was learning to create linear momentum during the drop. I started moving down the mound instead of just dropping straight down. One of the biggest things that helped was dropping into the inside of my back foot. Before, I would drop into the sole of my back foot. That put me in a very vertical shin angle and I’d go straight down. Then I had to push out of it. The simple adjustment I made was dropping into the inside of my back foot. That put me in a position where my shin wasn’t as vertical. It created a force vector that helped me get down the mound and build linear momentum instead of just going straight down. That linear momentum wasn’t powered by me. It was powered by gravity. I was able to use gravity to my advantage and throw harder with less effort.

I ended up playing the claw machine, and somehow someway I won, I had the Spurs teddy bear. And this is during like the peak run of you know the Kawhi, Manu, Parker, you know just the legends, Timmy.. I kept it, ended up giving it to my little brother. And then right when I was starting to travel on the road for my NBA workouts, like I was going to be gone for a month, I was staying in my room and I just saw the bear. Like somehow just saw the bear on my headboard. I’m holding it and I’m looking at it like ‘How cool would it be if I ended up on the Spurs.’ And then my Mom brought it for the draft party.
