Speaker Wetangula barred from voting in LSK elections for being a state officer Arriving minutes after 10am, the speaker of the National assembly found himself in a perculiar predicament when he could not locate his name on the voter register. Despite seeking assistance from officials of yhe IEBC, Wetangula was ultimately denied the opportunity to vote. The IEBC official in charge, Dr. Owiso clarified the the speakers exclusion was a matter of statutory compliancy rather than an error. He explained that as state officer, Wetangula is exempt from certain professional requirements that govern the LSK. He added that Wetangula didn't have a practicing certificate. State Officers do not have practicing certificates so they cant be on the voter roll, unless they decide to take up.

Why are you saying Hasan voted on stream as tho he told ppl who he was voting for? He said numerous times before & after the election that there was no evidence that Kamala would be any different than Trump & didn't finally say he voted for Kamala for another 6 months. The rest just isn't true. The most voter apathy towards Kamala came from independent centrists. The far left voted at higher rates for Kamala than the general population. Hasan couldn't change the outcome of the election, but that fact also doesn't change his lack of responsibility. And Kamala lost the popular vote by 2mil & electoral college by 200k.

.Election Commission of India Chief Electoral Officer, Andhra Pradesh This video exposes exactly what YSRCP has been warning about repeatedly. In the name of the SIR process, official Enumeration Forms collected from voters have reached the hands of the TDP/MyTDP team in Atmakur constituency. Private persons are sitting inside the Secretariat and openly entering voter details into the MyTDP App. When questioned, they reportedly say they came because Anam sent them. How did confidential SIR forms, collected as part of an Election Commission process, reach the hands of TDP-linked private persons? YSRCP has already submitted multiple complaints to the Election Commission regarding the illegal use of the MyTDP App in the SIR process, political interference by TDP leaders, pressure on BLOs, and misuse of official election machinery. But till now, no serious enquiry or visible action has been taken. This inaction is emboldening the ruling TDP. They are misusing power, officials and government premises to divert voter data into their party app and target votes opposed to them. This is not a mere local irregularity. This is a direct attack on the neutrality of the electoral roll revision process. The SIR process is supposed to be under the exclusive control of the Election Commission. It cannot be converted into a TDP data collection drive. It cannot be allowed to become a tool to identify, target and delete the votes of YSRCP leaders, cadres, supporters, sympathisers and voters opposed to the ruling party. In the name of the SIR process, official Enumeration Forms collected from voters have reached the hands of the TDP/MyTDP team in Atmakur constituency. Private persons are sitting inside the Secretariat and openly entering voter details into the MyTDP App. When questioned, they reportedly say they came because Anam sent them. How did confidential SIR forms, collected as part of an Election Commission process, reach the hands of TDP-linked private persons? YSRCP has already submitted multiple complaints to the Election Commission regarding the illegal use of the MyTDP App in the SIR process, political interference by TDP leaders, pressure on BLOs, and misuse of official election machinery. But till now, no serious enquiry or visible action has been taken. This inaction is emboldening the ruling TDP. They are misusing power, officials and government premises to divert voter data into their party app and target votes opposed to them. This is not a mere local irregularity. This is a direct attack on the neutrality of the electoral roll revision process. The SIR process is supposed to be under the exclusive control of the Election Commission. It cannot be converted into a TDP data collection drive. It cannot be allowed to become a tool to identify, target and delete the votes of YSRCP leaders, cadres, supporters, sympathisers and voters opposed to the ruling party.
